First off, you have a major fire weakness in your ranks. Skek, Garlikid, and Lathan all hate fire with a passion, so M-Archilles or M-Inflagetah will have a merry time with them. No recovery for Syrentide, but that is just me preference, and Lathan might benefit more from Earthquake in the long run. Also, Skek is not exactly the best mon to run, as a lot of things can end up countering it. If you want to slow other teams down, using a Pokémon with Petrify can serve your needs quite well. Chimaconda in particular is a good choice, as you have other 'mon that counter its ground weakness, and it has Poison STABs to kill fairies that try to assault Yatagaryu. Just my two cents...
