Yes, that would count too. I do have that rule in my campaign for ? moves, so it will stay when I define a TM by type.

I was mostly trying to eliminate the Oddishes and Tentacools.

Lol, that makes Gallade the only non-fairy capable of learning that TM.

Fair enough.

I still would like to keep the TM, please.

Really, the most benefit Gallade would get from it would be increasing his damage output against Dragon types.  And getting a spread move, but it's not a huge deal at the moment.
