Ya know, I think it's a little silly if Gallade can't learn the TM just because he's no longer a Fairy type. General rule of thumb in the main series is that a pokemon can't lose compatibility with a TM after evolving. If a pre-evo is compatible with it, the evolution probably is too. Same case in the games if they can learn a TM naturally at any point in their evolution line or as an egg move.

Just a thought.

Lol, that makes Gallade the only non-fairy capable of learning that TM.

Really, the most benefit Gallade would get from it would be increasing his damage output against Dragon types.  And getting a spread move, but it's not a huge deal at the moment.

Black bears are very shy. This one is probably just starting out on its own. If it was a cub, momma would have placed it up a tree and had little fear. Bear attacks (on humans) are very very rare and usually occur when someone does something stupid like try to take a selfie with it. The other time bear attacks can occur is when a bear gets used to humans and starts visiting dumpsters and feeling comfortable. But a bear will bluff first long before it attacks, doing fake charges and swiping the ground.

Huh, the more you know. And the fact you bring up such a specific example means you've either run across such an instance before, or heard about it. I'd like one of those Meowths being given to Terra too, preferably the scrappy/torn ear one, since that seems to be a fighter rather than an explorer, which Terra would appreciate more. It'd also be nice if you told them prior to that one of them would be going to Terra, so as their Happiness/Loyalty would be relatively high upon being gifted. 

As for the matter of the TM, unless anyone has any objections, its going over to Shiva, simply because while it would come in handy for a future Pokémon I want Terra to get (A Mawhile), it doesn't make sense IC or OOC to keep it when that lass is literally begging for it, and he knows that displeasing her is a bad idea.

I also should remind you Phantom that this TM is perhaps the only way that Raphael will be learning a decently powerful Fairy STAB without paying an exorbert Surprise Cost, while Cottenee/Azu can learn good Fairy STABs from the Learnset. You can use the TM on those fellows, but I wouldn't call it all that charitable to the archangel to deny him the chance to explore his fae heritage.

Its already decide. Shiva keep the TM for her. Unless you want a XP battle to see who want to get? But thats would be a waste of XP since you would need evolve other stats. So please, just let it die the topic okay? Its already decided.
