Team for Uranium (competitive)

Skek, Garlikid, and Lathan all hate fire with a passion, so M-Archilles or M-Inflagetah will have a merry time with them. No recovery for Syrentide, but that is just me preference, and Lathan might benefit more from Earthquake in the long run. Also, Skek is not exactly the best mon to run, as a lot of things can end up countering it. If you want to slow other teams down, using a Pokémon with Petrify can serve your needs quite well. Chimaconda in particular is a good choice, as you have other 'mon that counter its ground weakness, and it has Poison STABs to kill fairies that try to assault Yatagaryu. Just my two cents...

I strongly agree with Lord Windos. Fire Pokemon in this game is extremely prominent, the most notable of these Fire mons are M-Archilles and Inflagetah. both have access to powerful Fire STABs, both are destructively fast. You either need tankier Pokemon that resists Fire Pokemon in your team, or a Choice Scarf Pokemon that can take care of these threats. A common example I often give for these examples respectively are Tubareel (great defensive distribution, has STAB Aqua Jet as well) and Scarf Laissure (Gets Intimidate, or more commonly on a scarfed variant, Moxie).

I meanwhile like Seikamater as a Pokemon, and I wouldn't mind you using one at all. Not so sure where you can get Sticky Web though... I forgot... Anyways, an offensive set I can give you right now that doesnt make use of Sticky Web is Quiver Dance/Thunder/Hydro Pump/Bug Buzz, of which the following set will make it more OP under rain especially wth that elementalist boost, but otherwise a risky coverage move that will kill off persistant Flying Pokemon like Harptera (which can also kill you with its priority Acrobactics, so be careful!) and Hydro Pump for the Rock-Types and Fire Types. If you want a more Utility set, I'd recommend Sticky Web/ Roar/ U-turn/ Filler, of which the filler can range from sooooo many moves, including T-wave, Toxic or Heal Order (similar to Roost), and a laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarge varient of coverage moves, such as Ice Beam, SLudge Bomb, Fire Blast, Thundernolt, Focus Blast... too many to name really, but the decision to decide the last filler is up to you.

....Toxic?? Refresh??? On Mega Syrentide???? That has to go. Especially Refresh. Why would you think that is a good idea despite your competitive background is beyond me. What is good however, is stuffs like Calm Mind, Rest, or HP Fire. and if you opt for Rest, you better have Sleep Talk.... If keeping your syrentide alive is a problem, get yourself a cleric. Luxelong and Glavinug are examples that can pull this off, but Luxelong is far more superior due to its bulk and typing.

I'm also fine with Garlikid, but as I stated before (along with Windos) your team is too frail against fire types. You might need to ditch this in the future. Until you get another pokemon or better garlikid, this one is fine.

I'm okay with Lanthan and Nucleon, though it would be better prefered if you dsitributed EVs in Sp DEF and not DEF. Also, with all these fairies around in this game, metal crusher is far better than toxic. None of your pokemon have protect anyways, and the synergy for toxic stall isnt prominent exactly.... so go with Metal Crusher. Also, keep in mind that explosion is a Physical Move.. I'd rather you have Hyper Beam over Explosion for this.
