I do too, yes I do, I really really like these whimsical and magical Pokemon, indeed!" Within a second, Shiva has turned from SUPER-timid to SUPER-avid, she practically can't wait to see Angela's Pokemon and skills in action and shivers with excitement now. "I've got time, I'm free, we can go off right away, yes!~ Please, show me how I can beat even those mean Poison Types when the Pokemon I'm choosing to face it is my much beloved Cottonee. There.... There were a lot of Whirlipede and even a biiig Scolipede I ran into when exploring this area the day before the Cup, it's not that far from here! Oh, and.... Is it okay if my Togekiss can watch as well? I'm.... I'm, eh, sure it'll be a helpful demonstration for both of us!" ^o^

In silent and completely hidden from Angela, Shiva's actually very awed by her boldness to actively search out Poison Types when her favoured Type is Fairy, Shiva hopes/feels that this beautiful woman will subtly help her handling her fear of toxic Pokemon in a more controlled way.

"Poison types are usually reckless and often slow. I like to wait for them to make a mistake, then pounce! Sometimes you can use the terrain to your advantage, since they're weak to Ground. Bug types are weak to Rock - that's another thing you can find in the environment and use to your advantage. Also, you can lock them down with status moves and tiring them out. Let's go find one. You and Togekiss and Cottonee can challenge it, and I'll be there as backup if I'm needed."

"I see a Nidorina over there by that beach. Or, I know where a Roselia hangs out. Your call."

Ohh..... With AVID and VIVID attention Shiva listens to what Angela has to share about her way of beating nasty Poison Types with her very own fairies, she's practically hanging on every word of her. After a few thoughtful 'hmmmms' and 'hnnnghs' she nods abundantly. "Ah, I... I see, yes! Using the surrounding and field to gain an advantage over a foes I'm already trying to do whenever possible, it's fun! My Pokemon enjoy outsmarting a foe by doing so, too. I, well, am not so decent at bringing up sheer power like the others I'm traveling with, so I realized I... have to draw strength from my wits and my Pokemon's unique talents instead!" Shiva doesn't seem to mind sharing this relatively personal issue towards Angela all that much - it was nothing but the truth, and if she wants to learn something here she has to be honest. A bit of discomfort remains.

She's openly suprised over the suggestion of HER battling a toxic Pokemon with Angela watching, but after the initiate startle faded, Shiva's excitement gets the better of her. "A... Alright, let us go find one, ayyyye! I-I'll try. Raphael, come!~" A waving gesture towards the sky and the serene white archangel came gliding down from high above, accompanied by a pleasant gust and melodic cooing. He lightfootedly landed beside Shiva and promptly got greeted with a kind hug ♡. "Raphael, dear one...", she softly adressed him, "Say hello to Angela here. She trains and enjoys Fairy Types just like I do, and she appears to be muuuch better than me as she even has no fear to approach mean poison-spitting Pokemon for the sake of training! *whispers to Raphael: That's pretty cool, isn't it?* *cough* Today I want us two to do the same with her watching and ready to help if needed, it's supposed to help us improve. Please, have faith in me and let us work together as one unit to beat something that's actually advantageous over us! Once everything's settled, Shiva turns to Angela again. There's still some hesitation visible in her eyes - but with gym-leading Angela present, Shiva's feeling more bold and willing to face challenges. "A-alright, let us approach that Nidorina then, please! I'd like to make this a 1vs1 for Raphael here to keep things balanced, and you'll watch and rate me afterwards, okay?" ( ÒωÓ)و☆
