The Gligar weren't really interested in sticking around anyway, so they fly off. They were considering bringing that Pikachu off with them, but decide against it.

Pikachu turns to go as well, though.

I fight against strong foes, and also letting join strong Pokemon with a lot of potential. You my friend, hold great potential my friend, and I can see you want to be strong enough to beat foes like those Gligars. Dont you want to join with me Pikachu? I maybe have a feeling you not exatcly a Pikachu. I can train you, and let you become a unstapable and powerfull Pokemon. I the same as you. I want to become even more stronger. Are you interested?"

Action: Try to not let Pikachu go.

Fearow is not interested in listening to you! If she could be intimidated she'd have done so when she first spotted a twenty foot flying serpent!


Most Pokemon can't fly at -3 pain, so that should be one way of getting rid of this annoyance.

Angie bellows, twists around to look Fearow in the eyes before grabbing the aggressive bird. Up she flies, then down she swoops, releasing Fearow at the last second and soaring away. CRASHHH!!

Terra and Angie are feeling a bit vengeful after it blatantly and foolishly ignored their warnings (Especially her), so Angie's to use Sky Fall up to two times on them to try and get them to 1 HP, before Terra tosses out up to 3 Safari Balls. That should be it!

Lotad immediately angles its lilypad at Luna. You can see the lilypad is actually made of steel, camouflaged to look like a lilypad.

o.O Spira is intrigued. "Thought that would have hit harder..." then when he notices the metal lily pad, "What in the world?" He's obviously never encountered Delta-mons before! "Well, that's interesting, I'll catch it, but be prepared to Astonish it if it breaks free, Luna."
Two Safari Balls this round, and if they don't work, an Astonish comes from Luna!

On closer observation, you can see the lilypad is really two revolving gears with very very fine teeth. The outer portion is a razor thin edge.

(Noice! They will probably sell for a decent amount [WAY too Disobedience for my taste, even with the somewhat baffling + 1 Loyalty that is has; that, and I already have a great Flying type, so....), and the Sharp Beak will be a nice boost for Angie!)

Once the thick turkey was thoroughly aerated and captured, Terra immediately treats Angie's injuries with 1 Hyper Potion (First) and 1 Super Potion, which altogether should completely erase her Lethal Damage. If that's not enough (As in the Super Potion's LD healing is halves by Potion Effectiveness), a Potion will be used in conjuction with the above healing Items, but if that wouldn't work mechanically either, Terra will use his only Sitrus Berry to fully treat her instead of the Potion.

After she's all better, the sagely monk retrieves Ferrow, takes the Sharp Beak from them upon finding out it has one and gives it to Angie (If possible to do so safely) , and promptly sends it (Ferrow) back to his PC with a frown, with thoughts of selling the bird brain already brewing resentfully. While he knew/understood/accepted that many species of Wild Pokemon were notoriously aggressive and had no qualms of brutally harming whatever earned their ire, and that was all part of the natural order, that didn't mean he had to like it when said behavior was directed at him and his own. Especially after he tried to dissuade them of such hostility.

'Hopefully Ferrow will sell well. Cost me a lot of Healing Items to patch up Angie. If not.......hm, doesn't matter. Would spend all my Poke to take care of her, my partners, and my friends. Not cheap to do that, though, so still want compensation for troubles it caused....'

Brainstorming finished, Terra requests Geo continue leading him/Angie to the most dangerous part of Area 6. That terrible turkey may have sidetracked him for a moment, but that's NOT going to stop him in his self imposed quest to earn Duskull's Loyalty!

Fun fact: Angela was originally named Morgana. Then Windos put that name in his backstory and I changed it to avoid confusion.
Then Angie showed up...

"I enjoy fighting Poison-types because they are a challenge. I mostly train Fairy types, and I'm very good, so I need to fight at some kind of disadvantage if I want my Pokemon to grow."

"Don't worry about it, Shiva!! No need to feel bad. You weren't to know." Angela manages to make it sound like it WAS Shiva's fault, because that's just the kind of person Angela is.

"Like I said, Gloom are common, and that one was beginning to bore me. If you want to, we could hunt down another Poison type together and I'll show you how to beat them even at a disadvantage. I'm sure your supervisors won't mind you VOLUNTEERING to help me, a Safari-goer."

Ah. Well, Angela's words manage to make Shiva feel better, but not enough to unburden her of that nasty feeling that she has snatched that Gloom from her. Now our natural fae enthusiast is at least confident enough to face Angela again, if given a bit of time and distraction she'll probably soon become more safe and forget about these ironic happenings.

The opening that here in front of her she's having ANOTHER fae enthusiast is already a good distraction, and a biiiig smile forms on Shiva's expression. "You mostly train Fairy Types? I.... I do too, yes I do, I really really like these whimsical and magical Pokemon, indeed!" Within a second, Shiva has turned from SUPER-timid to SUPER-avid, she practically can't wait to see Angela's Pokemon and skills in action and shivers with excitement now. "I've got time, I'm free, we can go off right away, yes!~ Please, show me how I can beat even those mean Poison Types when the Pokemon I'm choosing to face it is my much beloved Cottonee. There.... There were a lot of Whirlipede and even a biiig Scolipede I ran into when exploring this area the day before the Cup, it's not that far from here! Oh, and.... Is it okay if my Togekiss can watch as well? I'm.... I'm, eh, sure it'll be a helpful demonstration for both of us!" ^o^

In silent and completely hidden from Angela, Shiva's actually very awed by her boldness to actively search out Poison Types when her favoured Type is Fairy, Shiva hopes/feels that this beautiful woman will subtly help her handling her fear of toxic Pokemon in a more controlled way.

A Fairy Type Gym Leader, ahhhhhhhhh! *faints in sheer excitement* Another NPC I happen to really like. Gloom will stay with me then, off Shiva and Angela are to find a poisonous wild Pokemon - Shiva and Raphael will pay close attention how Angela handles the situation.

"Poison types are usually reckless and often slow. I like to wait for them to make a mistake, then pounce! Sometimes you can use the terrain to your advantage, since they're weak to Ground. Bug types are weak to Rock - that's another thing you can find in the environment and use to your advantage. Also, you can lock them down with status moves and tiring them out. Let's go find one. You and Togekiss and Cottonee can challenge it, and I'll be there as backup if I'm needed."
