Slash Accuracy: Dex (5) + Fight (4) + Brawl (3) - Actions (4/5/6/7) = 8D6/7D6/6D6/5D6
Damage: Power (3) + STR (4) = 7D6
Effect: High critical chance. Lethal (hold).
In case Pidgeot spam Quick Attacks:
Quick Attack Accuracy: Dex (5) + Fight (4) + Brawl (3) - Actions (4/5/6/7) = 8D6/7D6/6D6/5D6
Damage: Power (2) + STR (4) = 6D6
Effect: Priority 2. Between a clash between priority moves, the one to strike first is the one with high dex with in this case is Heart (With 5 in dex).
Extra note: Maybe a scene with the aerial battle between Pidgeot vs Gligar with Quick Attacks? Not reason in particular, its just for dramatic battle feeling. More or less like the anime.
