Heart not exactly say anything right away. He is already aware Shiva somehow hold some sort of respect towards those Scimitars. He simple turn to Shiva and he lift a arm towards the destruction. "...try to tell that to the lifes they have ruined, the people they kidnapped, and the Pokemon they brainwashed. Yeah, they are indeed making a great good."

Heart turn again. "You can't understand. You get luck to not see the true evil humans is capable...or to force to see your family and friends be burned alive." Heart arm tremble after remember that memory. He try to hold his arm trying to control the fear. "Nothing. And I say nothing can justify unfair suffering and destruction like this one. Those Scimitars, despite trying to make good, IS criminals, no matter how you try to defend them. And like everyone else, they will receive punishment. And they will pay. And a lot. Like you or not. They want war? It's war they will get."

Nathan has one or two things to add to this:

"...and no matter how much good you want to do, the ends do not always justify the means.  It's often said that history is written by the winners...but I sure as heck am not going to let them win...they don't have the right to paint themselves as heroes after what they've done...the least they deserve is a lengthy prison sentence..."

He's still looking at the ground primarily as he says this, and he's still trying to hold back his anger and sadness as best as he can...but the determination in his voice is still as clear as day.

Gallade's also looking at Shiva expectantly...there's still a measure of uncertainty in his gaze, however.  He just...doesn't get it.  Why is Shiva defending them, however lightly?  It makes no sense to him, Calam, and Nathan whatsoever.

Shiva listens to what they both have to say with a calm mind and loosely crossed arms, her body language is subtly radiating that she knows what she is saying and doing, and that she's aware that she's probably very lonely with her opinion in this case. But, her opinion's her thing and just like both Heart and Nathan have reasons to think the way they do over the Scimitars, Shiva has just as well, it's having to do with her growing up during Team Plasma's glory days, the words Geordie shared with them and being the daughter of a woman that thaught her to not judge people; that there's good in every person until proven otherwise and that nothing happens or is done just because but for a reason or motivation. For an outsider, that reason or motivation may be uncomprehensible, but Shiva has learned to respect these either way. This is why she is so decent at solving conflicts, she is able to acknowledge various sides.

She doesn't seem to be in the mood to defend herself now though, yet she can't help but to feel a tad bit sad that the others can't see her viewpoint. But, that may be just the way it is, she almost expected being pilloried when she raised her voice to when the PUNisher called them nothing but criminals, now is not the time to dwell on her feelings though.

However, yes, the natural fae enthusiast DOES agree that the Scims have gone too far in this case, that they crossed a line here that they shouldn't have. They must be really determined in the goal if they're willing to give that much, this speaks a lot to her. For all the innocent people and Pokemon that have been harmed or who gave thir precious life here, Shiva will light candles and incenses for and pray for their souls tonight before going to sleep, may they make it safely into afterlife.

Means, in the sort run, there's no huge conflict arised here, Shiva simply gives Heart, Nathan as well as Gallade a stoic expression as she takes a deep breath. With quiet and neutral words she tells them "You don't have to agree with me. Yes, a boundary has been crossed by their actions today, but this won't change my mind about them. Not...drastically. I'd like to stay with my thinking and opinion about them for reasons, while I respect yours I wish that you respect mine as well, please", before putting an end to this point and turning to Angela and Officer Jenny. 

Angela wanders up with an Officer Jenny. "Hey guys. Jenny says a place called the Shack was also robbed. I'm feeling some kind of connection to this other crime, how about you?"

Now THAT were interesting news indeed! I allures Shiva's interest and calls a wondering raised eyebrow. "Is that so...? Well, yes, just like you I'm feeling both cases are connected in some way, Angela. Thank you for digging up that info." Shiva gives her a just as professional nod back now.

With a calm voice Shiva adresses Officer Jenny then. "Officer, the Shack or 'Dilapidated Shack' as it's called is the pivot point for Chreshire Crash and related, this is the place where collecters and players of the Trading Card Game meet and gather. We visited this place upon arrival at Cress City some weeks ago. They were also selling original cards from Mr. Morgusi, am I right in the assumption that they are or are among the goods that have been stolen? What is known about that furtherway if you're allowed to share with us, did security cameras or similar captured anything notable on tape? When did the robbery took place timewise? If it happened at the same time as this -" *she waves towards the buldings* -"happened, it may hint to the Scimitars having divided, that we may have a larger group of them as expected. What about the guests and the owners of the shack, were they hurt or harmed?"

"What... about Juni as well, is she in jail? Even if she is, she might have silently given orders somehow. Or, they were acting under another leader." It's a bit hard for Shiva to speak that out, but she thinks it may be important.

"What about you, Lilith...?", Shiva also speaks up to her noble Gothitelle, "Can you too see a connection between these two occurances?"
