Need suggestions for moves for Heart and Spira.

Hmmm...well, if Hida doesn't already know it, he could also learn Heat Wave since it's a ? move for Slugma.  Inferno is also a ? move for Magcargo.  Or maybe Nubi could learn Nasty Plot, or one of Spira's Ghosts can learn Icy Wind?

On Heart's side of things...Gustav could maybe get Icy Wind or Helping Hand, Xatu could get Heat Wave/a high level Psychic move/Tailwind, Kecleon has Fake Out/Trick/Snatch as ?, Viktor could maybe get Grudge or Imprison...

Maybe some of those might work?

These can be level up moves as well as ? moves, if appropriate.

Hmm lets see....Some moves I could get:

Gustav: Dark Pulse, Icy Wind, Helping Hand.
Kecleon: Fake Out, Trick, Snacht, 
Xatu: Tailwind, Power Swap, Guard Swap, Psychic, Pain Split, Twister, Heat Wave
Honedge: Wide Guard, Power Trick, Iron Head, Destiny Bond
Viktor: Grudge, Destiny Bond, Wood Hammer, Imprison, Forest Curse, Will-o-Wisp, Curse.

Also @Iron, how much XP it will cost for Kecleon change his ability from Color Change to Protean?

Let's do Phantom Force on Noire, and Helping Hand on Gustav.
