Assuming Kogeki doesn't get back before Karen/attempt to get his attention, she'll get Ran's attention; (If he wasn't holding that pencil, and didn't have a short temper, I would have done a 'Guess Who')

"Uhm, Ran?" she taps his shoulder reluctantly, "Ya headed to Snowpoint Temple? 'Cuz I was thinking of goin' there myself." she twirls her bangs (funny how both my charas have the habit of playing with their hair when they're thinking.)  "I'd go by myself, but who knows what is in that temple."

Kee's ending up at the local Lobby of the Center sooner or later with that snowy Delta Grotle by his side and a Vulpix-Egg in an Incubator in his stuff (= in his bag, not outright visible for the others just yet), and the first thing he does is let Octavia heal up for the upcoming trip by the current Nurse Joy in duty. If it's THAT Nurse Joy, Kee'll give her a deadpan look, if it's another he's giving himself all normal and kind.

Eventually he steps by Karen's side who's carefully and currently trying to get Ran's attention who's appearing so focused on his work as if the rest of the world doesn't even exist to him. At first however, he adresses Karen herself "Oh, you're comin' to the ominous Temple as well? Lovely news these are, how rejoicing!~~" and ruffles her hair a bit in a half-teasing and half-affectionate manner while giving her a playfully-alluring smile. Then Kee clears his voice and speaks up towards Randoph in a slightly louder tone: "Hey Ran, woran zeichnest du da so eifrig und so früh am Morgen?~" (Translated: Whatcha drawing there so eagerly and early in the morning?~)

If neither this nor Karen's attempt work, Kee's all up to either summon Core to get Ran's attention with an Uproar, or alternatively get his electric guitar from his dorm upstairs and perform a heavy riff right beside him. Or both.

At the prodigial lass' touch, the bristly blacksmith looked up sharply at her, a sharp glare and frown etch into his face like engraving on dogtags. To his credit, that quickly smoothed out to fairly mild recognition once he realized who was interrupting him from his project designing.

"Was zum - Oh, it's ya lass. Didn't notice you creeping in here and up on me, like me Diam when she's feeling naughty. How was ya jaunt around this blasted winter wonderland? Cool, or cold as hell?"

When she announced she wanted to join him on his investigation into Snowpoint Temple, that earned her a vacant stare and couple of blinks for a few seconds, before he slowly and tentatively answered back.

".....Yeah, I am. If you want to join me, I ain't gonna stop ya lass. Don't think its a bright idea for ya to mosey around Snowpoint Temple, but since ya beat Miss Jackie Frost maybe it won't be an end of the line disaster for you like I think it would be. *Shrugs and shakes his head* Well, we'll be sticking together like a Muk couple making out, so the Temple should be less dangerous for us. If not....guess it'll be our funeral, then. Best make your preparations so that your or mine own time cards aren't punched early, or just in case they are. Now git, and don't come back until your good and ready for the trip."

He waves Karen off as he finishes speaking with her, before turning his attention over to Kee as they made their presence known and inquired as to what he was sketching, which earned them a light grunt, before he took another drag of his cocoa and spoke in an gruff but 'easygoing' tone.

"Schema der Prothese dieses altmodischen Spions. Ich habe es früher für die Hilfskräfte der Krankenschwester modelliert, und jetzt lege ich es auf Pergament, um eine klare Referenz zu haben, wann ich anfange, ihr neues Glied zu bauen. Was a little tricky, but nothing that I couldn't hash out."

Translation: Schematic of that old fashioned spy's prosthetic. Made a model of it earlier for the Nurse's aids, so now I'm putting it to parchment to have a clear reference for when I get started building their new limb.
The sour dandy could read Ran's notes (if he cares to), and would find out that their basically a combination of step by step method to assembling the Robo Prosthetic, a meticulous and thorough description of its design, function, and how those can be bent towards its usefulness, and a bunch of technical jargon concerning hypothesis on how it would work, possible ways to fix stuff that goes wrong, the Neuro Sensors and how to program the arm possibly, etc.. Essentially, design and research docs!

Once he was done jabbering about the Robo Prosthetic, he proceeded to roll up the schematic and stow it away in his Inventory (along with the docs and Pokedex), downed the rest of his cocoa in one long pull and put the cup away, and then hopped down and looked at everyone that wanted to join him on his probably perilous trip into the Temple.

"Welp, I'm ready to head out whenever. Preferably now, since that Temple only gonna grow colder as they day turns to night. Y'all good to go too?"

If they are and don't have anything else to add that would force the scene here to continue, proceed to Snowpoint Temple and begin the investigation!

Kogeki appear behind Rans, like the boss ninja he is. "Howdy. I takedown the Gym Leader too it seems. Had problems, but for the most part was pretty much smooth."

Kogeki put Heracross in his PC and put his wounded Pokemon to heal.
