Gama is still hidden due to camouplage, so he is safe to a stealth attack when need.
A question dragon, how much targets Kogeki can hit with the kunais and shurikens? And also, can I hold the Lethal damage of Kogeki katana to not kill any of those Unow, or cause Lethal damage? Like I don't know, attack with the sword unsheathed.
Kunai and Shuriken are capable of performing single target attacks. Holding back and not doing Lethal damage can also mean doing things such as attacking with the flat of the blade instead of the edge, hitting parts of the body that won't result in mortal wounds, intentionally only scratching the target instead of cutting them, striking them with the hilt of the blade, or many other methods (attacking with a sheathed weapon isn't typically practical, though), so it's entirely possible to use most weapons and attacks in non-Lethal ways. Be warned that Kogeki can also be a target himself if he gets more directly involved in the combat.
Initiatives:
Susano'o: (6) + 9 = 15
Gama: (2) + 9 = 11
Unown Swarm: (2) + 7 = 9
The Unown seem to know Gama is there already, so an ambush isn't possible.
