Rhyperior Round 1

Rhyperior hunkers down and fires several shadow covered rocks from its palms at every enemy pokemon attempting to approach it, very comparable to a living turret.  It fires 2 at Paula, 2 at Lotus, and 1 at Magneton, in that order.

Paula's battered and beaten, but she's not going to let that stop her from singing!  She's going to power through that pain for the rest of the Round!

Sing 1 (Spend that Will Point!)
(3)(1) Unfortunately, she's been pushed very hard recently, and she coughs, unable to sing her song this time.  She's also been spending a lot of Will Points lately, and it looks like the exhaustion might get to her soon.

Karen looks super pumped about that evolution, too!  She does look apologetically at Randolph when he asks her to use some status moves, however.  "Alright!  Finally!  Oh, uh...sorry, Randolph, but Lotus isn't much of a status inflicter.  She's a nuisance in another fashion!  Let's show 'em why, Lotus!"

(1)(2) Paula bursts into another coughing fit, unfortunately, which prevents her from Charming much of anything.

Rhyperior looks around, and seeing that there's no more rocks around for it to use as ammunition (as it used them all up already), it stands up straight and raises a fist into the air instead.  Karen's eyes go wide as she almost panics.  "It's going to punch the ground!!!"

The scuffy smith could at grimace as the Shadow Rhyperior nearly tore through everyone's partner with that horrendous non-stop Shadow onslaught, making him quite crossly think to himself 'When did that Tauros shit supernatural mystery force start giving Pokemon fucking gattling gun capabilities, and why, god fucking damnit!?! At the very least it looks like using it leave'm wide open, but why why WHY?!?!?! ' 

His sea sprites cough - strangled attempt to Sing distract him from further ire, instead leading him down the path of worry and none-to-mild concern for her.

'Gah.....Paula's starting to flag after all frantic Fights against Shadow Pokemon I put her through. Gottverdammt, I knew I should've forced her to rest, instead of keep pushing her....! '

Karen's apologetic declaration earns her a somewhat shocked expression from the dwarven craftsman as he snapped his attention over to her, follow up with a unpleasant scowl that implied he was again reconsidering his opinion on her as a Trainer.

"WHAT?! WHY NOT?! Grass-types are renowned for their Status and Powder Moves, and Roserades are among the best of them, so why didn't ya invest in at least one of them?! *Looks back to the Fight* Grrragh, no time for that, but in the future do yourself and them a favor and teach them one for situations like these, alright?!"

Fortunately, his smol siren and the wee lass' partners were able to bring the rocky behemoth almost to its knee with their own sheer firepower, but unfortunately that didn't prevent it from preparing to unleash what he assumes to be Earthquake, Stone Edge, or Bulldoze, judging by its posture and Karen's alarm with it. To further compound his woes, it appeared he was 100% correct in his assumptions about Paula, for her Moves were yet again stifled by a coughing fit. The mini-group's prospects for this battle were rapidly looking grimmer than a Dusknoir rushing to meet its soul quota, and if he didn't do something[/i to change them they all probably be making one of those Ghost's day, if you get what I mean.

If nothing else, though, Ran had a mind shrew as an Alakazam's that worked well under pressure of all kinds, and was quickly able to form a plan that just might save everyone bacon, shouting it out to Karen with all due haste!

"KAREN, RETURN YA MAGNEZONE OR BOTH YOUR PARTNERS, AND IF YA GOT ANY POKEMON WITH PRIORITY MOVES, SWITCH THEM OUT IN THERE PLACE TO USE IT AGAINST THAT BEAST! [i]ESPECIALLY IF ONE OF THEM HAS FAKE OUT! I'LL BE DOING THE SAME, SO GET YOUR POKEMON READY TO KO THIS MONSTER ASAP, OR IT'LL ROCK OUR WORLD AND SEND US STRAIGHT TO THE NEXT ONE!"

Order: Regardless of what Karen ends up doing, Ran's going to switch out Paula for Boreas and Amethyst, and have the former use Ice and Needle Arm against S. Rhyperior in that order (or reverse, if they get to act before it does), and Amethyst will use Sucker Punch and then Bite against it (Or Bite and Assurance if it gets to hurt them before it can fire off its attack) . Nothing more need be said, because if they're about to use a AoE Move or something similarly nasty, no amount of Evading or Healing Items will make things better for the good guys of the Fight, so let's finish it in one rapid go now.
