My suggestion of attacks would be more or less like this: Hypnosis, Telekinesis and finally Focus Blast. Since Focus is a Fighting-type move with +5 of Power and is a Special attack, Nami will hit hard against the Legendary.

Better double check to see if Nami will have enough Accuracy Dice to safely attempt to fire off Focus Blast as her third action ( - 6 Action Cost + - 3 Accuracy = - 9 Accuracy Penalty), though, and have a Conditional Action/Will Point lined up to cover for the possibility she can't fire it off for one reason or another! And remember to Will Point Power Boost that Hypnosis , just in case it wouldn't work by itself with just Bad Dreams! Also, does Nami have any other notable set up Moves like TeleK. or Damage Moves of similar impact to Focus Blast (either in Damage or the crippling it can cause) ?

No problem! I might need to use Will Points to make both Hypnosis and Focus Blast works. Problem is her total Will Points is 7 and it is half.

The moves she knows is Hypnosis, Nightmare, Dream Eater, Psywave, Night Shade, Peck, Light Screen, Reflect, Telekinesis, Hidden Power, Recover and Focus Blast.
