Dragon, it is possible for Kogeki act as Cover to Daxter survive the Headbutt strikes, and in case of Boldore use Power Gem or any Rock Type move on Pyra, to Kogeki use Quick Attack and put Pyra out of the way of Boldore attack and make Kogeki took all damage instead?

Cover's primarily for impeding the damage of Ranged moves.  If someone's close enough to use a Contact move, then Cover isn't going to be very effective against that attack.

Pyra's much taller than everyone else, currently standing at 3 feet tall compared to most everyone else's 1 foot or so.  It's difficult for anyone to provide effective cover for her as a result.

Daxter stands at almost 2 feet tall, so he could probably cover Pyra a little bit.

Edit: Actually, Kogeki is just over 2 feet tall (in fact, he's the second tallest one there).  He could cover Pyra a little bit too.  Wouldn't be Full Cover, and it would take an Action to do, but Kogeki could definitely provide some.

Huh, I thought Covering someone pretty much Protected them from all but Moves that don't require LoS or could conceivable ignore it, like Psychic, Spread/AoE Moves, and most Ghost Moves? Hmm, I suppose this is your interp of Cover, which is not all too bad of an idea, as unless the Coverer is actively trying to guard against all attacks it wouldn't take much work for someone to move around them to directly hit a Target (or at least, I think that's the logic behind the way your cover works).

You know, I never quite realized that Pyra was the biggest of the bunch until you pointed that out, Dragonstrike. Funny to know that now, and useful too! Not going to help her avoid attention one bit, but hey, she's not a shy gal so that should be a problem!

For your shake, Dragonstrike, even if Kogeki succeeds in Partially Covering Pyra, she'll still try to Evade any Rock Move thrown out by Boldore, I REALLY don't want her to get chunked. 1 Rock Damage = at 2 Damage for her at minimum, so I'm not taking any risks here.
