Let's see...according to my calculations, even if everyone pay together, our quantity would be only around 22.108.

Group has 5 Big Nuggets to their name + whatever else extra Poke/wealth they have from their personal stockpiles (mostly concerning Kee/Phantom right now), so that's roughly $50.000 Poke to work with as a baseline budget. I rather not spend Pyra's Big Nugget, however, so slash 10K from that amount and that's what everyone has to spend on the house. 

Like I said in my previous post, there are several possible methods to reduce the cost to something far less steep if we're willing to compromise on quality and quantity of the home and land in the short - mid term, but if no one (not you, mate!) budges on there desires.....well, we're gonna be without a home for a long time unless we stumble upon some lucratic prospects (which will undoubtabley come at some detriment to us on some level or kind) .
