No, the GTS doesn't store a copy of traded mons, so those mons are probably lost forever. Although you can try loading a backup.

Usually, the GTS saves over your backup though.

I'd be happy to trade you a Minicorn or two though, if those were your only ones.

I tried the backup, sadly it didn't have them either. I would be very grateful for the Minicorn though, as I didn't realize there is only one in the game before I evolved it (preventing me from getting the Kiricorn pokedex entry without trading). My ID is 156518.

Also, I noticed that in the link you sent that the screenshot shows the backups folder having multiple backups. I only have one in mine, is there an option for this in the game or was this done manually?
