Also: Mother of Arceus! Now that what I call a jackpot! Bulk Up is a excellent Boost Move, and it was one of the moves who was in my Move Wishlist.

A Delta Ripley can learn Bulk Up, but if any of you people want to learn if capable, tell me okay?

Around Boost Moves, the only ones a Delta Riolu can learn is Bulk Up, Work Up, Nasty Plot and Ominous Wind. Bulk Up, Work Up and Nasty Plot by Level Up, and Ominous Wind by move tutor.

Agreed with you whole heartidly there, mate! Any form of buff is useful no matter what stage of the game we're in, but it'll be REALLY nice for anyone early on if they have weak constituion or muscle power!

Hmm.....well, Devimps can learn Bulk Up via TM, but I'm not too sure if I want to grab it since Pyra hasn't yet found a way of paying back the group for keeping her $10000 Poke (Big Nugget) or the group hasn't yet earnt that much without her taking from it. Don't want to be unfair about this, you know?

Be that as it may, however, I say that unless Bulk Up for Kogeki is a really high XP Move you're better off letting someone else learn it (After all, if you can achieve if through XP instead of using up a limit Item....). Though from glancing through Bulbapedia/Uranium Wiki, only Kogeki and Pyra can learn Bulk Up currently, unless Dax's Delta/Water Charmander can learn it for some reason or another. So....it really comes down to the two of us to decide what's going to be its fate since we're the only ones that can get any use out of it, unless Phantom and No One want to sell or trade it away for something else.
