Well, this system remind me to Genshin Impact and Honkai Impact 3rd who both use that Gacha system. In the case of Bulk Up, that TM was Rare or Common quality?

The difference with this specific gacha system is that it's somewhat weighted in your favor and not designed to suck your wallet dry : D

That was a Common TM.

And the game doesn't have a lot of bugs. I try to play Genshin Impact and only get disappointed for not able to play it Honkai is possible to play though
