(Surprise, everyone: Use my Big Nugget to buy a LOT of supplies for the group, chief among them being Swagger, which can function as a + 2 STR Buff for anyone in the party at the cost of becoming Confused! Now comes the important part: who's going to be the one to learns it? Let's first inform everyone of the group about it first IC, THEN hash it out in the Meta Thread, please!)

No for the Swagger TM... I please wish to be the one to learn it, please!! (^0^) It's a move that matches Kee's nature as a Galarian Ziggy so well, it'd have a nice synergy given how you other are more offensive attackwise while Kee's more of someone who'dy toy with the foe, and it has al the Stats in it's roll that I plan to increase on Kee sooner or later anyway (Swagger uses Tough+Contest+Intimidate) And it'd be quite fun if Kee were to use that move on Pyra to activate her second Defiant Ability, hehehe~

Well how can I not, for this is the place where all my greatest friends in the world are at? (And yes, I'm planning on getting to your messages ASAP, my dearest, so don't fret for too long!)

Hrrrm....the problem with Kee learning Swagger would be that he couldn't be a recipient on it himself, and unlike Pyra and Kogeki they don't have any self buffing Moves to compensate for that fact. Still, I'm perfectly fine with Kee learning Swagger if nobody else has any objections!

Note about Swagger's Effects: It can still give + 2 STR to Confusion Immune Pokemon, whether it be through Ability or Held Item, but I believe it can't trigger Defiant because it acts like Curse in Dragonstrike's game instead of mine (where it subtract between 2 or 4 Accuracy).

As for Defiant in general....well, right now I don't think it's the best time in the game for Pyra to use it? She only has one Physical Move (Bite) right now besides the Maneuvers that all Pokemon have, and that effective + 1 Defense she gives with Intimidate to herself and the whole party is really good no matter what stage of the game. If she could change her Abilities on the fly Defiant would be a nice tool to have in certain situations, but as it stand I rather stick with the Ability that is useful at almost all times.
