Where can you get the regenerator luxi? I want to get one for breeding attempts.

Get a female luxi, then breed with an appropriate HA male pokemon. There's a 20% chance to breed the HA Luxi with this method, at least if I'm reading the patch notes correctly. I'll try doing that tomorrow, if you want to try it then get back to me if you succeed and I'll do the same.

I thought that 20% only applied if you breed a HA male with a duplicat? If you can get results that says otherwise, then I am all ears for it.
