Oh, uh, @Phantom, there's a slight problem with your orders: the number of actions for the two sets of orders you gave don't have the same number of actions.  I need them both to have either 1 or 2 actions before I can roll anything, as you have to declare how many actions you're using during the Round before the Round begins according to the rules (same as in Skull Ruins).  Conditional orders don't let you change how many actions you're taking during the Round.

Ah, that's a thing I've missed, my bad! I've just edited the orders in my post accordingly, and the 6XP on +1 Brawl Speciality are definitely spent now instead of considering to spend them.
