FYI D&D already has a lot of the things you mention. That'll save you from reinventing the wheel or at least give you inspiration. Gunslinger and Monster Hunter for starters.
Though if you think Clerics are more OP than Paladins, you might be biting off more than you can chew with such a major rules revision lol.
And also a friendly reminder that systems other than D&D exist that might be more suited to a given playstyle. Usually when I see people with such a long wishlist of changes, it'd be easier in a completely different system.
