Almost any move can be linked to another, so the possibilities are incredibly varied. Some of my NPCs will be taking advantage of it in the future now that Hawlucha's Slam School is open again, and I have a few ideas for some combos to use already. Linking regular (de)buffs isn't entirely useless either, just more niche.
The second move linked will always have the same priority as the first move. The main downside is the second move will always have less accuracy than if you'd used it first while unlinked (due to always having a multiaction penalty greater than 2), so plan your accuracy pools carefully when linking moves.
