Huh, now that sounds quite interesting, and quite useful in some situations! Exploring Mystery Dungeons that are actually inaccessible (like those under water) come to my mind. Wonder whether we could not only swap with other Pokemon in our team, but also with NPC characters like townsfolk if we get them to agree to that temporary swap via lots of persuading and possibly even bribing....

What's with the Stats during such a swap though, are we keeping our player chara's Stats in that time period, adopt the other Pokemon's Stats or something in between?
