This being the kind of game it is, I'd figured you guys might appreciate the option to set up more advantageous parties for certain missions once you have more options available to you.

As far as stats go, you'd definitely be using the physical stats of the pokemon you swap with.  Keeping mental stats like the things under Knowledge and Contest makes sense to me.  Still your mind after all, even in a different body that might not be capable of the same physical feats.
