Sure! All of those facilities have a Poké cost attached to them and can be used once per day.
The Dojo in Paradise specializes in training moves. This can be either making progress towards learning a new move in your level up movepool or improving the accuracy or damage pools of a move you already know. For Tutor Moves, you'd want to visit Hawlucha's Slam School/Scraggy's Savvy Moves instead.
Starmie's Sunken Treasure is a bit of a minigame, and the goal is to help Starmie reach the bottom of the pool in its facility. If you're successful in helping Starmie reach the bottom, you get a Treasure Box as your reward!
Drilbur's Digger's Den is a facility where you might strike it rich! After paying the digger (Drilbur), they'll start looking for buried Poké. You get whatever they find. Sometimes, though, Drilbur finds more than just Poké. In fact, some say there's even a large treasure room hidden underground!
