Preferably air. I enjoy how this element is associated with spirituality and freedom, and given I'm a notorious daydreamer with a vivid imagination I feel it'd suit me best. But I would not use airbending to fight or in a harmful way, nope, only for my own amusement and to make my life easier.
EDIT: I'm actually unsure of a sub-element. If it counts, I'd want to being able to float? Not flying, that's scary, but floating just slightly above the ground would be an interesting experience.

Pretty cool! Air is a cool element indeed for amusing and fun. And also freedom. It does suit you.

Float? More or less like Zaheer from Legend of Korra? I guess? I think its more a rare special ability than a sub-element, but I think the same could be said to combustion bending so I think float counts as a sub-bending.
