My thoughts on the prophecy (Four Spirits)
Fire: Entei/Moltres
Water: Walking Wake Suicune
Lightning: Raikou/Zapdos
Ice: Articuno

Unless I totally misinterpreted that and they are delta variants of Sawsbuck.
The Sky's Great Guardian is likely Rayquaza.
Not sure about the Beast of War.

Hmm... That's what I'm thinking too, but somehow I've got a feeling that these four creatures will turn out to be something completely different. Articuno doesn't really fit the other three being the only bird among Entei/Suicune/Raikou, while Suicune doesn't really fit Moltres/Zapdos/Articuno (all birds). It'd also be too easy and too obvious, especially since Dragonstrike said that it took him quite a while to think it up.

It wouldn't suprise me if it'd indeed be variants of Sawsbuck - or if the Four Spirits are not related to one another at all (with each being a Pokemon picked from any Legendary group), or if it'd even be related to these new Trasures of Ruin legendaries from Gen.9, of Wo-Chien, Chien-Pao, Ting-Lu, and Chi-Yu. Ice could even be Glastrier, Lightning Regieleki, and Water Rapid Strike Urshifu.

Same on the Sky's Great Guardian being Rayquaza, though it miiiiight also be something different? Given the role Rayquaza takes in MysteryDungeon Red and Blue, it makes the most sense to me. But I wouldn't be too suprised either if it's not Rayquaza and something totally unexpected instead.

The Beast of War... Maybe Giratina? Or Yvetal? Could also even be Eternatus. Possibly even all four Pokemon of these Treasures of Ruin combined, given what I read up about their backstory and origin on bulbapedia.
