I agree. If I increase my strengh and Dexterity, Kogeki will be able to hit more quick and hard. Not to mentioned I will get more accuracy dice for bulk up, but I dont think I will have time to get a buff. So take this as a grain of salt.
Kogeki currently ability to active in battles: Anticipation.
