For clarity by the way, similar to the Tornadus and Thundurus fights, those four pillars of rock can be used as cover.

One question about it Dragon: Take cover behind a pillar is one action? Or we can just get behind a pillar without spending a action?

It's an action, and you break cover if you attack the opponent with a move that makes contact.  Cover in turn protects you from ranged attacks, but is completely ineffective if the opponent is able to circumvent it or uses a contact move of their own.

These pillars are large enough to provide full cover.
