As for Dragonstrike's Encounter : I'll get to it later due to some details that need to be hashed out, but you notice that Ianai has elected to join you for your trip. If asked, she plainly states 'I have nowhere else to go, and the city does not interest me. My path shall stay with you, for now.' Maybe you can get some conversation out of her to pass the time while you're trying to get to the Embassy?

Seddi will allow the hug, but politely decline the offer to carry him.  "Think I've attracted enough attention for today, friendo.  'Preciate the offer though, and you'll be the first to know if I don't feel like I can walk for some reason."

Ianai electing to join Seddi on his trip to the embassy gets a simple nod from him.  "Well alrighty then.  I'll introduce you to the Professor and we can see if we can put together a plan.  As I mentioned, some local knowledge would be very helpful for our research."

Then he leans in to whisper to her.  "Just keep it down if you notice anything...strange about her.  Don't want to draw unnecessary attention."  Seddi already knows first hand how perceptive Ianai is, so better to warn her before they get to the Paldean Embassy...
