"Heh, Ditto to that mate, though I hope ya can take the tan I'll put in your hide, 'cause ya ain't the only that will be Bulking Up in the meantime! (...) Heal and Deal strategy with that metal cat of yours, huh? Maybe I can help ya work out the kinks with Giga Drain, as from what I saw that kitty cat of yours balls it up hard the last time he used it, if he managed to heal and Confuse Tenderizer. Alright, he's the rub......"
Nelly then proceeds to happily, amicably yet almost exhaustively chatter on about the finer aspect of Channeling a Pokémon's power into their moves with greater efficiency, making wild gestures for emphasis at key points to and to make sure you kept paying attention. While nothing quite beat hard work with/without your Pokémon or doing the training/studying yourself, you find yourself readily absorbing the Knowledge she's giving to you. By the time you both arrive at the Pokémon Center, you feel more enlightened and chipper for your friendly lecture with the sassy trainer, and ready to put all the Channeling Insight you gained to good use the next time you do battle! Arial gains 1 Point in Channel!
Getting your both your Pokémon treated was a thankfully easy and uneventful affair, and soon enough you and Nelly were seated at a table in the lobby, waiting on your respective partners to be heal and exchanging numbers the first chance you got. With her safely(?) in your contacts list, you are now certain you'll not easily lose track of the fem fatale! After that, the woman mainly focused on drying her hair with a dry towel that was tuck away in he Poke Satchel, mumbling to herself as all this moisture had ruined her hair and makeup, having to make up for the lost Poke and Sitrus Berries purchases etc etc.. When you brought up the subject of how to better reign in Carracosta, however, her eyes widened as she had COMPLETELY forgotten about that in the heat of the battle, causing her quickly place her towel down and turn to face you with an apologetic and sheepish smile.
"Heh Heh Heh.......yeah, I know some stuff that could help with your turtle, mate. Sorry about not bringing this up myself, but I tend to forget small things in battle if it turns out to being REAL intense or boring. Lucky for both of us our match feel into the former catergory rather than the later, am I right? Anyway, before I go on and talk your eye off again, let me just say that my advice doesn't come from the mainstream or sciency community, but from my own personal experience with only my dinos, so my advice may or may not make much impact with your Carracosta. Still, I'd like to think it would, 'specially if she's as orney as you implied her to be, and hey, nother ventured nothing gain? So......how about you tell me what problems you are specifically having with her, and how's she behaving around ya? If I know these things, I can help me narrow down ways to help ya, or give me an idea of what we are working with. Savy, mate?
Arial revise all the information in his head about the tips Nelly gave to him. He takes a few notes and pratic himself a bit. "Thanks a lot Nelly. I feel I could release a Haduken in the face of any danger in my face! HADUKEN!" Say Heart making the position of Ryu from Street Fighter to simbolize his position. Nothing really happens but he get the moves and knowledge. Also he just wanted to be sounds cool. "When got the chance we should hang out soon. I pretty good in fighting games and strategy games. I not only good in pokemon battles. I a guy with many abilities. A cat deserve to have his tricks. Meow!" Say Arial trying to imitate the face of a cat. This guy know how to be funny! (Reaction of Nelly about that perhaps?)
Arial too was letting out the water from his clothes. "Man, this rain problably gonna ruin my hat. Damnit this is the second only in this week. But not that I can complain though. The battle worth the weather." Than Arial wave his hand in concordance to share some info about his Carracosta. "Well thats a long story so I hope you ready to listen. First of all she kinda...looks very anoyed about me and my...act to be. You know: Be super excentrical, energetic and all. A bit crazy. She too act with a little violence. Not using Lethal attacks, but she kinda hit a friend of mine with a Water Gun in his face when he ask me: "I dont know how you got your dinosaur but dont matter then lets go." She got very much piss off. But I must confess it was kinda funny heh." Say Arial when remembering yesterday when Carracosta shoot the water gun when Reiner piss of her when he talk with Mew. Of course Arial didnt share this piece. He cant telling everyone about how his boss have a vivid Mew! "But as much funny it was, I cant leave Carracosta everytime when need her and see her use Water Gun or other moves in any person."
"And she have the habit to return the pokeball from her own will when I call her or when she feel annoyed. I think she very much proud. And when I make something wrong or something she hate, she even might hit me with pure strengh. She only did that one time though." Say Arial with chillers in his spine about the memory of the distort illusion/timeline when he and Gaspar die. "I even try to give her a name as Levias, like Leviathan, but she didnt like it. Almost like...she already a name. Dont know. That was the impression I have." Than Arial sight. "So yeah. She proud of herself, dont like me or might hate, hate people in general, return from the pokeball in her own will and when she want she would might be use a Surf a Water Gun in my face. Lady, if you think Asura is Disobedience, that only because you didnt see Carracosta. She is the disobedience incarnatation (4 of disobedience to be precisely...). Yep. Just a day in that life of mine. Any tips Gator Girl?"

Nelly had to hold up a hand up to her mouth to stifle her giggles as you carried about like a fool in front of her (or being yourself, in your case), shaking her head in amusement simultaneously while she worked a response out. "Heh Heh.....That's one way to Channel your Fighting spirit, though you might wanna stop just in case you actually do end up firing off a Focus Blast! Heh....Wouldn't be the weirdest I've run across in my travels, let me tell ya that! Heh Heh.......Sure mate, I can always spare some time to hang out with Ice cats like you!"
The sassy woman grimaced in sympathy as you mentioned the water damage to your hat, as it was quite a nice one despite being a little ragged from nearly being Exploded by Delta Muk, but that was soon replaced by serious look of concentration as you began to explain the raw deal you have with Carracosta. She let out a "Hmm....." when you described she was a old cumuggeon , and frowned thoughtfully when you touched upon your boss getting soaked for merely being blasé about her. This experssive pattern continued as you explained the ancient sea turtle's behavior, with a couple nods of her to themselves thrown in. As you summarized and finished your recount, Nelly closed her eyes and started to rub her chin thoughtfully, mumbling words meant more for herself than for anyone else listening.
"Serious as a heart attack.......doesn't tolerate disrespect or goofing off.......seems to have an established identity for herself.........yeah, that's a tough nut to crack alright.........."
After spending a few minutes ilike this in thought, she finally opened her eyes and cupped her head with boths hands and let out a *Sigh*, which by the sounds of it gave you the feeling she didn't have much good news/advice for you. Well.....that was sorta correct.
"Arial, let me level with ya: seems to me like you and that Carracosta of yours are mostly incompatable. Your a fun loving goofball with a nack for battle, and tries not to take things seriously even when things are, while that turtles of yours sounds to be stubborn, tempermental and orney, and simply not willing to put up with ANY shit unless its on her terms or a heck of a lot of coercing, and that has a chance of you getting drenched if even she in a 'good' mood. No telling how Disobedient she acts when she gets hopping mad, but if I had to make a guess......its not pretty. Overall, ya two are liable to bicker and argue with each other for ever , until she just decides to stop listening altogether and/or starts blasting you with her moves."
"*Sighs* For this , I would normally recommend finding Rinuk Berries to force feed her to even things out, but smart, intelligent and self sufficient Pokémon tend to refuse to touch the stuff, and that goes double for highly willful Pokémon species or ones that don't eat much vegies to begin with. Still, its not a total lost cause getting her to like you enough not to feel like slapping ya silly for being....well, silly, but the advice I have going that route is going......it will be rough and tough on ya, and Carracosta will likely resist ya every step of the way as you inch your way into her heart."
She then propped her face up with one of her hands as she began gesturing to you with the other, looking at you with a fairly charitable look. "That why I got something else in mind that would make things much easier on ya: I'm willing to take that Carracosta off your hands in exchange for one of my own not part of my main lineup (IE: Not the Pokémon she fought you with). Got plenty of odd, quirky, unique, and powerful Pokémon I've caught that make for a fair trade for her, and having another Fossil Pokémon to but heads with and flex my taming 'n handling muscles on them sounds like a worthwhile challenge to hone my skills. That, and Carracosta are just powerful bulky beasts in general, which is always nice to have avalible if you need it! Heck, I'm willing to trade you her back later after I've made some headway with her, but Imma going to have to charge you extra for that service, as working to make a Pokémon less Disobedient is hard, tiring, often dangerous, and definitely frustrating work. "
"So.....what do you say to that, mate?"

Reiner looks at that pad for a few minutes...hmmm...
"So what's the deal with the suits, guns, and grenades?"
Mr. Grills rubbed his chin thoughtfully as you inquired more about the special oridinace and suits on offer, brows scrunched up and eye directed hidden from sight by his spectacles, before he nodded his head, turned around walked over to one crate that, now that your attention was focused on it, was labeled 'M4 T. 12G Riot Shotgun. With no ceremony what so ever he lifted the lid off, set it to the side, and slowly reached into the crate to pull out the shotgun:
The now much more intimidating survival businessman cradled/held the gun in such a way that the barrel was pointed away from you and him, and then walk back to you, presenting the mean looking piece of hardware that wouldn't look out of place in an action move, and began to speak about it in a conversational yet business tone of voice.
"' 'Fore I became a recreational survivalist and businessman, I used to be a part of military organization, if ya didn't reckon by now from the camo and dogtags I wear. Been part of the Alola National Guard and The Imperium Machina , and I've made plenty of friends in both in the years I served with them. The National Guard authorized that I could use, buy, trade, and sell Firearms to anyone I want when I asked 'cause they knew they could trust me not to go nuts with them or conduct illegal deals like some individuals (He grounds this out with barely contained igdignation), so that's why the Police haven't thrown a hissy fit and cuffed me for selling guns, much as they like to stop me the tight ass bastards."
The man sighs for a bit, looking a bit miffed as he continues with his unprompted conversation on the topic of gun laws and such.
"I know you Tohjoians have a frankly ridiculous amount of regulations on what Weapons are or are not allowed, but if little children can raise and own Pokémon that can brutalize and kill things in a matter of minutes without any specialized training and on a drop of a hat, then how's that any worse than having Firearms around? Very least their is regulation in place to prevent bleeding idiots or evil arseholes from getting their hands on them easily, it takes months or years of training of all sorts for most to consistently hit their targets, and upkeep on them is fairly expensive and complex to keep people from using them wily nilly, so I'd say the governments of the world has gotten things ass backwards about this if ya ask me."
Grills then let's out a tired sigh and shakes his head, before giving you an apologetic smile, looking a bit sheepish about his diatribe/soap boxing.
"Sorry 'bout that, partner. I just get a mit bit worked up over the topic of Firearms and the right to bear them for fairly obvious reasons, and I get harassed enough by random people moralizing about how 'wrong' they are that I get automatically defensive. Anyway, let tell ya a little bit about this beauty right here, since ya asked nicely. This is a M4 Tactical Riot Shotgun, and its about the best shotgun you can find on the legal and illegal markets. Its effective range is greater than most other shotguns, its lightweight and has moderate recoil, so just about anyone with the right training can fire it without breaking their arms. It is tube feed with an internal magazine that can hold 4 rounds in reserve and 1 in the barrel, and its semi automatic, meaning it'll fire as fast as you can hammer the trigger and can keep it loaded. Speaking of which, when the magazine is dry, it takes longer to reload than if its hot or already pre-loaded, so that is something to keep in mind. Comes a side carrying clip on it that can store 8 rounds on it for quick access and reloading, and a removable sight that can help get a bead on far away targets, though in my opinion you are better off using a pistol or rifle to pick off enemies from Long range, and a carrying case so you won't cause problems. Can also be further modded if you can find somebody with them, but most of them are typically not avaliable to civilians besides what I showed ya. Finally, it can also load most types of slugs and rounds, which include Standard Birdshot (Less Damage, + 2 Damage Dice), Buckshot and Slugs, Rubber (Non Lethal), Flechete (Bleed), Sabot (Extra Lethal), Rifled (+ Range), Needleshot (- Damage, + Pain), and even Elemental Shot if you somehow get your hands on them. Only things it can't fire are Explosive, Acid, 'Magic', Bio, and Cursed Shots, but since those are all highly illegal, I don't think you need to worry about those. Overall, this Shotgun is plain and simply good, and it can and will save your life if need be....."
The rugged survivalist then lets out a heavy *Sigh* , and shrugs his shoulders in slight dismay, indicating that its not just all good news he's going to give you.
"Problem is that its perhaps 'too good', or at least that what's most governments and the Police think. 'Cause of that you normally need Police or Government Authorization to buy and own Weapons of this caliber, which limits the market for them bar a pretty fair margin. 'Corse, with my special permission I'm allowed to sell these to people anyway regardless, I'm required to charge 50% more as Liability and Fine Costs, or it'll be taken straight out of my ass, which I don't want. You also need a Gun License to purchase and own Firearms, obviously, but I can set you up with a Concealed Carry one for $5000 Poke, or $7500 Poke for Open Carry if you have Police or Government Authorization. Last but not least, the price: it'll cost ya $12000 for it , plus $300 Poke per Lead Skin Buckshot round you want. You'll get 12 Standard Buckshot Rounds for it upon purchase on the bright side, but that's about the only one it has when it comes to buying it. If you decided you want to buy it, I'll talk more about how much each type of Round costs in my shop, though I only have Standard Shots and Rubber. So, after hearing all that, are ya still interested in getting this partner?"
After speaking about this, he paused for a moment, letting you think about all he's said about the Riot Gun and giving you the chance to ask more about it/purchase it, before he moved on to talk about the rest of the *Items.
Custom Item:
Riot Shotgun
Cost: $12000 with Authorization, $18000 without, not counting the Gun License Cost.
Type of Gun: Duh.
Damage: Depends on Round, but:
- Damage is Randomized Burst, with how much is calculated/rolled depending on both Range and Accuracy (And other factors). At Best Range and/or High Accuracy its maximum - near maximum Damage capability will be rolled, at Moderate Range and/or Moderate Accuracy it will perform mid term to occasionally near maximum Damage, and at Unreliable Range and/or Horrible Accuracy the least amount of its possible damage will be rolled. Out of Range means no damage will be dealt, regardless of other modifers on the shot.
- For the Riot Shotgun, a maximum of 6 Damage Dice can be rolled, with dice removed or modified based on the above rule.
- Critical Hits do not more Damage Dice than the max; instead, it will add 1 Damage dice up to the maximum if its not already at it, and will make one Damage dice land on its highest number if it is already rolling the maximum Damage Dice it has. (1)(1)s reduces the damage of the shot by 2 instead of 1.
- Shotguns can not by default deal Extra Lethal Crits, unless Sabot or other types of speciality rounds are used.
- Shotguns have an inherent - 2 Accuracy for every shot, which scales depending on the Range and what type of shotgun you are using.
- Damage is calculated based on the numerical value of all Damage Dice roll added together, minus a flat damage reduction from Vitality/Defense + Size (Small: - 3 Damage, Medium: - 2 Damage, Large: - 1 Damage, Extra Large: 0 or More Damage) + Other Factors (Abilities/Cover/Items, etc) .
-For Buckshot, 1D4 is rolled for each Damage dice, with Lead Skin Buckshot dealing + 1 Damage per 2 Damage Dice Roll to all Nuclear types, up to 3 Damage and low as 1 Damage. Large Buckshot rolls 1D6, while Birdshot Rolls 1D2s. Rubber Shot rolls 1D4 Non Lethal, and the rest damages varies.
EX: 4 Damage Dice are rolled for the shot, and the results are (1)(3)(4)(1), the target has 2 Vitality, is Medium Sized, and has no Other Factors. This means the shot will deal 2 Lethal Damage to them.
Assuming Max Damage Roll + Leadskin Buckshot against a 3 Vitality Target without factoring Size or Other Factors, each shot has the potential to deal up to 24 Damage per target.
-Its also can hit up to two targets at Medium to Long Range, but the Damage Dice will be divided between them, and they have to be close together for that to occur.
Range: Personal - Long; Personal to Short Best, Medium is Moderate Effectiveness, and Long is Unreliable.
Type of Rounds: Birdshot, Buckshot, Slugs, Flechete, Sabot, Needleshot, Rifled, Elemental, etc. except the Round that it was explicitly mentioned it could not fire (Well, not without illegal modifications).
Ammo Cost at Survival Kings: Birdshot: $100, Rubber: $100, Buckshot: $200, Large Buckshot: $300, Lead Skin Buckshot: $300, Large Lead Skin Buckshot: $500

Arial thinks for some seconds and pondering about Nelly proposal. He takes the pokeball of Carracosta and meditate about the words. For a way, Carracosta dont like any bit of Arial, and she might hate him. Also there that strange feeling that Carracosta and Mew somehow have this conection. The way Carracosta and lady Mew exchanges silent words to each other make Arial though too..."I dont know Nelly. Then Arial hold again the pokeball. "Before I accept or not that trade I would like to ask some questions. First: You really going to trade back Carracosta? Two: What kind of pokemon you are willing to trade? Can I have a glimpse and information of them?"

A short nod and a sympathetic smile was given by Nelly in response to your uncertainty and hesitance, laying her free hand down on the table as she did so. "Yeah, I can understand not wanting to thrown in the towel on a Pokémon, 'specially if they have great potential like a Carracosta and double 'specially if your of the mind that thier's more to Pokémon than just battling or mindlessly serving us humans. Bah, what a load of Trubbish those ideologies are..... Anyway, yeah I would definitely trade back your turtle if you give them to me, and decide you want to take a stab at bonding with them after all, or simply want me to work out the kinks with her before I ship them back to you. As I said, though, any work I put into improving her behavior or in general will cost ya, as putting all that time and effort into her or ANY Disobedient Pokémon isn't easy by a long shot. For what Pokémon I'm offering, I have a couple of cool Water types that could neatly take your turtle's place on your team, or a few Ghost types if ya want to try your hand at the spooky instead. I have more types of Pokémon available, but none as interesting or worthwhile enough to trade away for that old turtle of yours, and from what I saw on your team all these types stand to fill out more and cover their weakness to Fighting, Dark, or Bug."
"To be more specific, the Water types are a Dewgong and an Alomomola, the Ghost types are a Mismaguis and a Golett. The Dewgong is extremely spritely and playful, so you won't have any problems boding with them, and excels in preforming blinding fast Priority Attacks, but sorta.....sucks at doing anything else besides that, while the Alomolola is your standard Bulky Water that also is rather tame and can function as a Cleric too, so if you need a healer on your team she can fill that niche nicely . The Mismaguis......well, she's certainly FAR more friendly and kind than the rest of her species, but she has a total aversion to actually battling other Pokémon, at lest directly so. Don't know why, but she just doesn't like brawling or duking it out unless the situation is utterly dire for her, or she has no choice but to do so. Knows all sorts of weird spells and stuff that helps plenty outside of battle, though, and is a Stealthy little spirit that can slip into all sorts of places if you have a mind for that. Other Ghost is a Golett, whose's a rather rowdy little thing that just loves to punch stuff HARD, so much so I that I would think its part Fighting type if I didn't scan it a couple of time with my Dex to be sure. He can also Fly around like those mech in anime, and can Bulk themselves Up to lay on the hurt even more, so that's another strange and cool thing about it."
The candid woman then lifted her hand off the table and made a flourishing gesture, a sly smile crested across her face as she did so before she continued and sunk her fangs even further into you as she tried to coax out a deal.
"Those are the Pokémon I have to offer, so what do ya think? They sound interesting enough that your willing to make the trade for one of them for Carracosta for the time being?"

Also there that strange feeling that Carracosta and Mew somehow have this conection. The way Carracosta and lady Mew exchanges silent words to each other make Arial though too..."I dont know Nelly. When I capture a Pokemon, they are like part of my team and family...also that is that feeling there so many things me and Carracosta can achieve together...I cant really explain. Its like...a sixth sense you know? Something you must do, but dont know what."
Then Arial make a sad face. "But I cant denied there is true behind your words. Carracosta and I would might fight against each other forever. As much me and Asura disagree in some points, he and I are similar in some aspects: We are both a little crazy and proud. But Carracosta and I...we are completely different." Then Arial hold again the pokeball.
Now this caugh the attention of Arial. These pokemon is indeed interesting. "Now this catch my attention. I have just another set of questions: Could I acompany the training of Carracosta together with ya? And how much time you will stay in Celadon City? I also interesting in that Alomola, Golurk and Mismagius. I want to temporally trade My Carracosta with Alomola for a healer cool pokemon, and those Golurk and Mismagius for any pokemon I will offer now: Gogoat, Smeargle, Kanghuskan or Pidgeot, with that last one equipped with a Mega Stone." Arial almost have forgot about Kanghuskan and Pedigeot, since they are in the PC since the first day he work for Reiner as a bodyguard. Its looks like so many ages ago...

"*Shakes their head in a 'no' gesture, a small frown on their face* 'Fraid not, mate. Gonna be hard enough to get through to her and get them to lighten up, and given how seriously irritated she with ya and her highly independence attitude, seeing you sulking around with me will likely sink any headway I could make with her. Ya can always call me up and ask about her how much how Loyal and happy she's grown and if you ever want them back, but I won't be always available to answer ya as I'll be busy with my own stuff or sleeping. Got it, Arial?"

"I'm fine trading the turtle for my Alomomola, but I ain't interested in making of the other trades your offering besides that. As I mentioned, those are a special bunch of Pokémon I own, and while I don't use them that often or are THAT close to them as my main buddies, they're still rare and helpful enough I won't easily part with them. I already own a Smeagle and Kanghuskan, the Gogoat doesn't interest me, and even that Pigoet is not that hot stuff even with its Mega Stone, as I have to fully bond with them before I can Mega Evolve it, so none of them are worth it. If you still want them, though, I'm willing to trade them for one Tandorian Pokémon each if you don't mind, since I've never heard nor seen anything like them and they made a strong enough impression on me in our battle. I could definitely anyone of them becoming one of my mainlines, and that's no small praise coming from me buster. Seeing you about as closer to your Pokémon than even me, though, I don't think that offer will cut it with, and I can't really fault you if you outright refused any deals for them. Still, nothing for trying, right?"

"Since you seem interested in most of my odd bunch, I'll give you more time to think about this, alright? Just speak up when you've made up your mind, ok mate?"
(Sorry Spiritmon, but their isn't a lot of wiggle room for negotiation for more Pokémon here, nor in regards to Carracosta in general. You either trade the turtle away for one of The Odd Bunch (Dewgong/Golett are great offensive 'mons, and Alomomola/Mismagius are great defensive/support), or start trading away your Tandorain 'mons if you want more. No other offer will be accepted or entertained. That, and its not too bright idea to trade stolen Pokémon to a trainer, who'll either be flagged for it and/or figure out this fact and grow alarm/hostile. Especially if you plan on making Nelly a long term friend and she has enough time/interaction with to always remember Arial....)

[In this case Windos I take Alomomola. I kinda need a Healer in the team since Arial almost everytime hurt himself in any mission. Besides, a healer and suport is what we need more in our mission in the Nuclear Facility]
Arial understand what she mean. "In this case Nelly, I leave Carracosta under your care for now. I will of course talk with you time to time to see how is she doing okay?"
Arial thinks for a second then he shake his head in agreement. "Its fair enough. I trade my Carracosta for Alomomola. A healer is what my team need most. And since its a Water-type, it can help balance my team. And if I find any other Tandorian pokemon, I might want to trade with ya. But my other pokemons its out of question to trade away. Its already hard for me trade away Carracosta. I dont want to part way with my other members. If you ready to trade, we can begin right away."

The Ace Trainer looks hardly surprised or disappointed in your polite but firm rejection of her alternative deal, but she did perk up when your own counter deal, and gave you her sharp, fierce, yet no less friendly grin as she stuck out her hand for a handshake.
"You got yourself a trade, Arial, 'specially with that deal sweetener you threw in! I'll try my best to temper that crocktcy old turtle of yours-well, I guess we're sharing it for now, eh? - and I'll be eager to take any spare Tandormon off your hands for anyone of my Odd Bunch, since I'm always excited to add rare and powerful 'mons to my team! Now, let me head over to the PC to grab my heart fish, and I'll meet you over at the Trading machine!"
Shortly later, the two of you conducted the trade, you obtaining the Clerical Alomomola in exchange for Nelly receiving Carracosta!
Afterwards, the both of your received your Pokémon back from the Nurse Joy, fully restored and healed up, and ready for more action! Once both these events happen, Nelly gave you a friendly good-bye as she decided to book a room at the Center, telling you to call anytime if you wanted to make the reverse trade, got a Tandormon, or wanted another rematch, and departed, a swagger in her steps like she's the one that got all the style. Man, what a woman!
Reminder: Its Late Night for Arial, and Late Night for Reiner (In Encounter). Now that is Nelly is doing her own thing now, what your next move? Head back to the Aurum Vex. , or continue seeking out Encounters (No update on the list since I brought it up).
