They couldn't have snatched (no, not the Move!) the Evolutionary tooth from you fast enough, equipping it as their Held Item before launching into the air and doing loop de loops of pure, unfettered joy! With this, one day he'll become a great big Gliscor, prowling the night skies and pouncing and/or harrying the unsuspecting! What a happy day that will be, and what a happy day today is!

The Ultimate Dragon gave you a nod of his head, before slithering over to Lindworm's side and began to use Aqua Tail with delicate, surgical precision to slowly free your fellow exile from the Goo without harming him. That's a remarkable amount of control for a Pokémon, let alone a Dragon, but he pulls off the procedure with utter ease. Yet another example of how superior he is to others!

While this is happening you explained the logic behind kindly asking for her talents to Emily, childish surprise flashing across her face, before it was replaced by an grin that she beamed right at you as she hopped up and down in excitement!

"That's AMAZING mister! I knew those Eevees were special like you, but not THIS much! Ridia going to Evolve into a really neat Eeveelution, isn't she?!"

She took a thoughtful pose, tongue sticking out and fist pressed against her chin, before a metaphorical light bulb went off in her head and she brightly smiled.

"I know a couple of Dragons I could draw really well in the circle right now: Yang or your Kingdra! Which would you like put in their, mister?"

Another chuckle from Reiner.  "Indeed.  My mother used to be a Kimono Girl, and she's worked very hard on figuring this out.  I'm eager to see the results of years of research for myself."

When asked which dragon should be used for the picture...

"Let's ask Ridia.  It's her evolution, so I think it's only fitting that she gets to choose."

Out she comes (along with Poe for obvious reasons)!  Reiner kneels down in front of her.  "Well, it's time, Ridia.  I've got all the pieces needed to evolve ya.  Have a quick question though: would you rather Emily draw my Kingdra in the circle, or Yang?"

...he also leans down to whisper something to her.

"...I also want to just say...I think you'll do just fine, taking the Savage route rather than the Noble one.  Just be careful not to lose yourself and harm those close to you, alright?  I...can't stress that enough, to be honest, after what happened with Kingdra all those years ago and Clair just yesterday. Be cautious, as Dragon Fire can burn you just as easily as your enemies. But be confidant, as you won't get anywhere you want to go if you hesitate.  Be Savage and fierce, but never lose being caring and kind, and you'll do just fine.  The most dangerous Dragons are the ones that can strike a balance between those traits.  Don't let my words of warning dissuade you from being what you truly want to be.  I only ask that you keep them in mind in the future."

Arial have smile in see Durendal happiness. But he decided to make a question to the scorpiobat. "I gladly to see you happy with the new item Durendal. But there is something I must talk with you and the others." Arial hold both of his hands together then he finally talk again then summon all of his pokemons. Airmid, Sekmet, Asura, Melchior, Baltazar, Gaspar and Magnezone. "I gladly to see everyone in good piece. And welcomed to the team Magnezone. Everyone, be nice with our new member. Anyway, I call you all to make a update. Airmid, we gonna go soon to the Nuclear Factory to deal with a problem of Nuclear Pokemon who is overrun the place and would problably cause a serious nuclear fallout in Celadon City and another close cities. The Natural Guard and the Cops of Celadon is having problems to deal with that, so our boss Reiner decided to make a group to deal with that problem."

"We are one of those members. There is also something, or someone, lurking around in that place and is making experiments with Nuclear Pokemon, trying to make the "Ultimate Pokemon". A Pokemon who if complete, its power can rival the power even of the Legendary Pokemon. Our mission is go there, fight against the Nuclear Pokemon, and stop whatever is playing god there." Arial then look to Sekmet. "Sekmet, I want to avoid fight against the Nucmons inside the Factory not only because it could corrupt our pokemons, but because I simple dont want to fight them. I want your help to act as diplomatic to your kind and maybe help us walk around that place since you come from there." Then Arial look in the direction of Melchior and Magnezone. "You two will act as powerfull front attack. Nucmons have disavantage against Steel, so your two together gonna be a strong force to protect us."

Arial then talk with Airmid and Baltazar. "Airmid, I cant afford to risk your life in such place in any battle, so you gonna act as a support of the group, using your healing aura to heal the pokemons of everyone, and acting as a support like you did in my battle. I have the bad feeling we gonna need. Baltazar, I will need to avoid use you in battle, since Rock and Psychic have problems against Nuclear, so you will act as a support too together with Airmid."

"Gaspar, you Transform abilities gonna be necessary more than ever. In case we go in any battle, you move Transform in Sekmet, Metalynx or any other Steel Pokemon. Your powers will necessary more than ever." Arial look in Asura. "Asura, I know I already told that before, but you stay out of the battle whatever possible. Fighting-types have a deadly disavantage against Nuclear, and I fear if you got corrupted with Nuclear energy, that would affect your Infuriated ability and make you uncontralabe. You will only come to the battlefield as a last resource. Understood?"

"Some of you might dont like, but Riza will acompany us a extra help in the Nuclear mission. Her stealth abilities will be useful to scout the place and avoid any kind of danger. I have send her on a mission for to find a Bug/Steel pokemon to act as her last member on her team. Any help will be useful against whatever is inside that Factory."

Finally, Arial look on Durendal. "Durendal, what gonna go is problably the most dangerous place we ever go. Filled with pokemon capable of corrupt other pokemon. Some of them is powerfull as Sekmet. Maybe even more. And there is a good bunch of them there. I cant ask you to risk your life. Not like that. You are not a official pokemon of mine. At least not yet." Arial feel bad in make such question to Durendal, but he need the answear now. "Have you decided what you gonna do Durendal? Do you decided if you gonna accept be the last member of my team? Your strengh would a valuable power to our mission, but I will understand if you refuse. No one will judge you if you not join. But it is because I cant let you be out of the pokeball without proper protection in a place filled with many Nucmons. I need the answear now, before we do not have the chance."

For a moment, Emily happiness turned puzzled by your remark, as from what she recall/interpret you haven't had contact with your kaa-san for [i]ages[/i] , so the implication you got her advice to Evolve Ridia into something special.....

She *Gasped!* as the answer to her, before she literally *Squeed!* with joy and smiled at you with such sparkling eyes you swear she was channeling a Dazzling Gleam through them!

"Eeeeeeeh, you've talked with you momma! I though you weren't able to, but you did!!! And she was a Kimono Girl too?! And found a new way of Evolving an Eevee too?!?! That's....THAT'S SO SUPER COOL! Your momma sounds AWESOME, mister!!!

The little miss readily agreed with your suggestion, watching with eager anticipation as Sister Fiercest and Brother Dearest were summoned. Poe, upon seeing the sweet friendly girl, wastes zero time in stumbling over to her side and lightly pawing at her shoes, before looking up at her and letting out an sweet and adorable "Eevee!" . Emily got his message loud and clear, and soon swept him up into her arms and began to cuddle the heck out of them, to which he returned the affection just as much as she!

If you didn't know he was more Loyal/Happy with you, you'd swear Poe and Emily were a match made in the sweet fully heaven! Urk, just looking at them for too long threated your heart into giving out!

Instead of suffering a cuteness induced heart attack, you focus on Ridia, who briefly gave a somewhat withering/exasperated glare at her brother running off to snuggle with that over energetic girl, before sighing and focusing her attention on you. She looked stunned she was getting to Evolve so soon after you've revealed it was possible earlier in the day, but that changed into fierce excitement as she let out a very pleased growl. Today......today she was going to achieve her birthright and become a [b]Dragon[/b]. [i]Excellent[/i].

When presented with the choice, Big Sis didn't even hesitate in picking Kingdra to be the symbolic image in the Evolution Ritual, indicated by cutting you off after you spoke their name with a sharp *Rwar!* No matter how leery she was of the actual living Dragon Queen of the Sea, after witnessing the P U R E  D R A C O N I C  P O W E R  A N D  F E R O C I T Y they wielded in battle last night, their was no other Draconic Being image she wanted used in the Ritual but there's !

Her fiery attitude was doused when you conveyed one last warning, however, causing her to sober up as she was reminded of the more wild, [i]destructive [/i]nature of both your favorite Type. Its your ardent faith in her potential to become a great, mighty, but [i]self-mastered[/i] Dragon that managed to rekindle her passion, emboldening and renewing her conviction. After thinking hard about your advice, she gave you a serious nod of her head, affirming her decision one last time.

She knew the dangers and risk associated with becoming a Savage Wyvreon, and she knew the onus of responsibility the power of the Evolution was heavy, but she was set and determined in her choice.

Eventually these various moments passed (And Lindworm was freed, much to his relief), and Emily set herself to the task of drawing your raging dragoness in the circle, pulling out what looked to be several oil paint sticks to do the job. Typically she prefer using stencils, but those wouldn't work that well on the smooth, varnished floors of the training room. It took the better part of three quarters of an hour for her to finish the task, and like with her previous works this one could be proved she was a master artist in the making.

The picture looked rougher and less crisp than her normal drawings, in truth, but that could be contributed due to the nature of the oil paints used and her relative inexperience with them. What matter in the end was that when you looked at the drawing of your Kingdra, you FELT like you were in the presence of the real deal in 2D form. Pretty damn fine work overall, and judging by the impressed and approving stares of Lindworm and the Dragons/Eevees present (Though Yang's was more aloof, and Sliggoo was a bit distracted), everyone agreed with that sentiment!

"...….Done! Mister, the picture just needs to dry for a little bit, and it will be all finished!" the smol artist declared, putting the finishing details on the encircled portrait and looking up from it at you with a smile, her hands thoroughly smudged the results of her hard work. It was only then she noticed everyone staring at her drawing, causing her to start rubbing her head bashfully and getting her hair dirty too.

First part of the circle preparation were finished. The rest would be left to you, and then the Ritual could begin.

The ever present din of background noise of the assembled witnesses to Ridia's Dragon Ritual wanes away as you wove together the three Items required together and spoke aloud of their significance. 
".....My Reiner.....He Is Calling Upon Powers Ancient and Arcane to Evolve His Eevee…." "Hehehe.....Yes, yes he is, my old friend. Quiet impressive, for a man of the modern age!"
Big Sis bows her head and lets you adorn her with the evolutionary ensemble, her entire being one of utmost dignity and respect at this moment, for she knows the severity and magnitude this ritual hold now and the rest of her life.
".....I Worry." "*Chuckles* Of what, pray tell?" ".....That He Will Not Be Able to Control The Power He's Invoking, and Instead Be Controlled by It."
She pads over and takes her place, and already you could feel a palatable sense of change and energy began to faintly thrum and pulse throughout the Training Room.
"Ah, you fret to much, my dearest spector! He withstood the remnant will of Prima....Primal MEW, the influence of multiple Cursed Arms, and an Elderitch Beast presence and ire, no matter how diminished all of them were. He and his little Dragon to be will be just fine."
Finally, the most important part of Dragon Ritual commenced, as you brought out a piece of paper and read from it/mentally reviewed the poem you created, intoning each line and word with all the solemnity and grandeur they deserve.
"......Are You Sure?" "Positively and Completely." ".....Then So Be It." "So mote it be. Now, let's just watch and see what happens, shall we?" "...We Shall."

When you began reading, the feeling of quietness and tension in the room increases drastically, each and everyone in the room save for yourself and Ridia wincing as it impacted them. 

For you, a sensation of expectation and power well up within you and threaten to crep and pervade your entire being, but your Will and own Draconic Nature beat it back and put it tightly under the yoke of your control, for you were your only master.

For her, she seemed to drink in the energies being produced by her esemble and The Dragon Ritual, letting out a low *Purr* of pleasure in the beginning before hastily putting a lid on it.

As you continue to speak each line, utter every words, and enunciate each syllable, those feelings only grew within all. 

Things rapidly became uncomfortable for the spectators, with Sliggo and Poe cuddle their respective supporting human for comfort, and Lindworm isn't even bother by it at all!

Only Yang seemed to maintain his cool composure, but still his eyes were narrowed as he watched on, and waited. 

More sensations began to plague you, of honor, duty, brutality, and mercilessness, but one by one they were dominated and subsumed by your Will as you unerrily continued to intone your poem. 

Ridia…at this point a faint light was began to emenate for the circle, the Items, and herself, her eyes closed and hair began to rise and stand up on in like some sort of Anti Gravity was in effect on her.

Then, only then, you finished poem by challenging Ridia. Challenging her to not simply be granted her Evolution, but to seize it instead, showing him and everyone why she deserved, nay, was her Dragon Gods given right to become a True Dragon!

The Tension was at its highest point.

Everyone held their breath.

You watched your little Eevee.

Ridia opened her eyes, and glare at you with every ounce of defiance and authority within her, and then unleashed her Hidden Powers.

She roared.

Her outcry echoed throughout the room, the sheer force of it almost enough to hurt you, and everyone else but Yang took an involuntary step backwards.

A familiar blinding white light surged throughout her being, obscuring it from all's sight as she began her Evolution into a Savage Wyvreon.

She first grew larger. Much larger, to about the size of an Arcanine. Unlike it, though, her form did not gain any bulk, but instead became, lean and wiry. What's more, you could see the tell tell signs of durable and harsh looking scale begin spurting all over her body, armoring it against future assaults.

Her legs elongated and bended, and thick, Tough looking Claws spurted out of each of her paws, and BIG bony spurs burst outwards from the back. 

Next came her tail, with its fluffiness completely eradicated as it suddenly tripled its original length, becoming thick, blunt, and serpentine...no, draconic.

Finally, her head grew to match her body, her ears growing to almost comical proportions and her whole facial region reconstructed to look more vulpine than the dog/cat/fox hybrid she was before.

The light faded away then at long last, revealing Ridia in her new Draconic splendor and glory.

 She lifted her head high and bared her a sharp, toothy grin at you, before she snarled out the name of her new Evolution:

Congratulations, Ridia has Evolved into a Savage Wyvreon!!! Her Loyalty and Happines is now 3 Each, but her Disobedience is 5. She will not accept Risuko Berries or Ranc Berries without a fight. If Poe is out and in her presence, however, her Disobedience is treated as if it were 3 instead.

Wyvreon, the Draconic Fox Pokémon
Currently an extremely new species discovered by Yuuka Arendse after multiple years of intense research, this Evolution of the Eevee Subspecies of Pokémon exhibits the most insubordinate behavior out of them all, like the majority of Dragon types. What's more, this branch Evolution also exhibits Variant Forms that come about depending on how the Dragon Ritual to Evolve them is conclude, making it more distinct and unique than any other Eevee Evolution, save for arguably Nucleon.
"......Once Again, You Were Correct, Zuryk. I Should Have More Faith In My Reiner.....But I Can't Help My Wariness It Seems....."

If the Eevee concludes The Dragon Ritual via 'a Draconic Action', they will evolve into what is known as a Savage Wyvreon. Unlike its Noble counterpart, this Variant is HIGHLY aggressive, hot blooded, and fiercely tempered, often to the point of brutality and savageness (as its name implies)paralleling that of a Garchomp or Hydreigon, or outright sadism comparable to that of a particular wicked Dragon or 'Evil' Evolved Dark type. They will NEVER back down from a fight or challenge against them, showing unfettered ferocity in battle unless given sufficient reason and/or a direct order from a trainer they respect to the fullest, to the point they would rather die against impossible odds than admit defeat or inferiority to its opponent(s).

Additionally, they posses the (Currently) unique Move Rend/Serration, a Dragon type tearing/gouging/slashing move of such devastating impact that it rips almost any Pokémon up, including Fairy types but has absolutely no effect on Ghosts or Steel types, making it a surprise threat against one of its Type's typical counter but rendering it stone walled against two others. It was with this Move and under the CAREFUL and COMPLETE control of a Kimono Dancer that a Savage Wyvreon managed to nearly massacre (EDITER'S NOTE: In a FIGURATIVE sense!) most of a battleon composed of all its other sub species Branch Evolutions (Save Nucleon), with the bulk of the force being Glaceons and Slyveons. It weathered and endured Super Effective Move after Critical Hit after Near Lethal Attack as it did so, continuing to fell opponent after opponent and sustaining heavy injury most Pokémon couldn't take, until its body could no longer hold out and it collapsed into a dead Faint. It subsequently made a full recovery after a trip to a Pokémon Center and only six hours of rest.

It is a Pokémon of supreme savageness and ferocity overall, one that only the most Veteran or Ace of Trainers and Master Dragon Tamers should attempt to train, domesticate, and/or control. This Eevee Evolution Variant is, to say it bluntly and unprofessionally, a veritable killing machine, and should either be avoided at all costs, or handled with the sturdiest armor and strongest of Wills. Beware.

- Second, her other new moves!  In addition to Rend/Serration, now she knows Dragon Dance, Extreme Speed, Yawn, and Roar.  However, there's two more random eevee egg moves for her to learn still!  (Not including Detect, Covet, Curse, and (quite amusingly) Tickle)

+1 Strength it is, then!  She's pretty fast as is (+1 Brawl and Init is basically +1 Dex as far as the actual rolls go), and I hope she won't be as unlucky as Arbok has been...

Endure AND Flail?!  Wow, talk about a fortunate wombo combo!  And Sturdy combined with Flail would also be rather dangerous...cool.

(Rend/Serration actually does the same Power as a fully powered Flail without being damaged on average, but its still useful for dealing with Steel types somewhat, its non-Lethal, and like Struggle and Last Resort can be used if they/Reiner has 0 Will, so it has that going for it! Endure/Sturdy is just generally useful, though, so that's nice!)

(I though she had 2 Loyalty and Happiness before Evolving, so in that case she doesn't gain ANY from Evolving in that case. Sorry mate, but I ain't going to make it easy to fully bond with the wolverine of Dragons!)
