[Meta Thread] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure 2: The Wild Lands

Cult of the Lamb is definitely better and easier with a controller indeed, can absolutely recommend! Makes crawling through the dungeons (the old and new ones) a lot easier than doing so via keyboard.

I'm okay and sorta well myself. Thriving. All aside from missing you people and this cosy place/forum much! There's a lot to do at my job currently (on the plus side, I've got a raise. On the not-so-plus side, one person will leave us due to pregnancy and her tasks will likely fall on me for the time being) and I've been having a big issue with the insurance of my car, but that's solved and handled now (for the worse since I now have to pay extra due to a mistake on their side). Screw reality, escaping it is more fun indeed.

Am in the middle of creating my character for a new mini-campaign of m DnD group, since the big main campaign is on pause since the GM wanted a creative break (going to play an evil lesbian drow-lady that sold her soul for magic powers~) Been enjoying casual drawing while watching either documentations or listening to podcasts, and I've only yesterday finished the freshly-released book by Gisèle Pelicot (can absolutely recommend, great book about a very important topic). I've gotten back into Pokemon Flux's Episode 2, finally got my side labret-piercing 1 1/2 weeks ago after having wanted one for quite some time now (but only lately been brave enough to actively pursue it), and been freshly promoted from moderator to admin on Bailey's uranium-themed art server (which came with...very bittersweet news that I'm not going to share to respect her privacy).

That should be all for now. Take care, looking forward to any news, updates or simply a words from y'all~

We will for sure friend! Also, finally able to buy a new controller. This will for sure make things a lot more easier for us to play though. Need to get used to the controls though.

I...see. I hope things get better during the pregnance. Don't like to anyone to leave, but it is a understanble situation. I wish you the best of all Phantom my friend.

Oh, Drow huh? Nice choice of race actually. They are a interesting choice to play with. And by the way you said the words problably Warlock (unless I be wrong). I hope you have lots of fun with your evil character!

Gisele Pelicot? Hmm, need to check that book later. And labret piercing is such cool thing. Nice work Phantom! And cool to see you get promoted. I happy for you.

I did forget too: Been playing on 2 campaighs. One of Pathfinder 2e, and the other Call of Cthulu. The first one I a Android Wood Elementalist. Basically can use the power of Wood and plants against my enemies, summon a wood armor and make a fruit with healing properties. And I basically the healer of the team. And for the second campaigh I acting more of a detective who specialty on disguises. And have a mask of bird. Can explain the details later if you guys want.

No problem mate! Wish you the best friend!

Not gonna lie. Those games makes me curious to say the least. Not excited, but more curious. I mostly neutral with the the starter Pokemon. Not my taste though I will confess, they don't have the..."P"zaaa" most Starter have you know? They are not bad, but they looks like more Pokemon you could find in the wild.

But it will depend on the evolution they do when they reach their final forms. And please I want to have a quadrupedal starter for once. Bonus if the doggo be either Fire/Ground, Fire/Rock or Fire/Steel. My bet would be Fire/Steel since the name looks like bomb.

Edit: Another thing who got me curious (and I know this is not important since most people here have more english speaking) but after 30 years, they finally will release a game on Brazilian Portuguese! My native language!

It will make me buy a a switch 2 for these games? No!

But I curious nonetheless.

I'm surprised they're releasing Gen 10 in 2027 tbh.  Guess TPC actually listened and is giving Game Freak more time to actually cook.  I haven't seen anyone complaining about the graphics or such in the reveal trailer yet either.

Early signs for Gen 10 are good so far!  They've been needing something to truly revitalize the series.  Maybe competitive moving to Pokemon Champions was the answer.

As I said before, and you teach me Dragon, “Give credit where credit is earned”. So far, I admit, I also surprised. I still have my reservations with Nintendo. A lot of them. I will have my final judgment when the games are full released but! I will admit I was surprised in a good way with the revelations so far. It’s not final product yet however, so things could change. We see.

Oh boy, no way I am able to afford that. The graphics look amazing, yes they do, but that's a definite 'no thanks' from my side. Watching one of my favorite V-Tuber play the games then is it.

If is to much cost on your side of the world, imagine on my side of the world: The game store I go had the price of 4.500 BRL (Brazilean real). Which is...a lot. Absurdly lot. And its not even a delux version or something like that.

Its the basic version.

Basic. Version.

So yeah, I with you Phantom. I pretty happy with my pc games who is more affordable to what I can do.
