They look enough like Delta forms on Pkm Insurgence, so I'm guessing the inspirations are from there. And Delta Pokemons on Insurgence can:
have different typing(s), evolve, they just can't breed
To go more into about Delta forms, it was explained on Pkm Insurgence that
these Pokemon was experimented on by scientist and therefore developed weird appearances and typings. Thus they became sterile as a result.
You do realize Delta forms started in the official TCG, right? They didn't have unique appearences, but they had unique typings. When I was little I had an electric type Rayquaza that I stupidly traded for a regular Empoleon...

I do realize that, BUT, Insurgence is the game that GAVE Deltas different appearances, thus, my original comments...

Er, until @ CodySP fixed the mistake he made in the spoiler, I'd like to clarify on @ Androziel's behalf that
The pokemons will be at lv5 like every previous MG Pokemons, not lv100, so they all can evolve normally...

Usually you can get them on multiple accounts. Select one save, choose mystery gift, visit Pokemart, obtain gift, repeat with second save.

It's randomized between the 2 when you select it from the menu, so... good luck to all!

Also, they'll all be Males, you actually CAN use them to breed/pass IVs, but the offspring will just be their normal variation
