Nathan shakes his head.

"No, it's not from the swamp.  It doesn't even qualify as being from Creshire, or any other region for that matter.  It's an entirely new subspecies of Houndour, if you're familiar with the species.  They're Psychic/Fire type instead of the usual Dark/Fire type.  From what little I know of the species after having spent a little over two weeks with mine, they're definitely strong, and incredibly loyal to those they see as friends and allies.  But demonstrating that to those I encounter, and that there's no reason to fear them just because they look strange...it's not going to mean much if mine is the only one of his kind."

Nathan has his pokedex ready to show Tandal Orthros in the PC if proof is needed.

Nathan looks at the Ditto (which I assume is still a Magnemite).  "Well, how about it, Ditto?  You want to get out of this swamp?"

If that doesn't work, though, Kirlia is comin' out.  Tandal can send in Pansear if he wishes to assist.
