I also think that the best approach is just to fight the cute little eel and capture him/feed them to one of your carnivorous Pokémon (If you don't have any Pokeballs). You don't always have to befriend every Pokémon you meet before capturing them, after all!

Might not really work to offer more (if different) food if it seems like Tynamo has more than access to food already here wher it lives. Any other offer that could get Tynamo's attention if you don't want to start battling it?

Well, I want to at least try a no offencive aproach and try to catch him. I dont want to begin a battle, but I really want that little Tynamo to be add. But I at least need to try

Well, "feed" one of my pokemon its a aproach Heart will avoid since he dont have carnivorous pokemon in the moment. And he kinda still have some Pokeballs with him. But battle and capture him will be his last effort if Tynamo dont come in peace. I know befriend is not something always necessary, but I can at least try.

Only Eelektross has Disobedience, its pre-evolutions haven't. I don't know what you have in your Inventory that might catch a Tynamo's attention, but if there's anything that an Electric Type would be interested in, bring it up.

Or be bold, distress this Tynamo to trigger it dischaging electricity and take the hit showing you don't mind taking shocks! This is important for anyone who deals with Electric Types. Shiva obtained Plusle and Minun by showing exactly this to them after playing with them for a little.

Or see how Tynamo reacts to be taken to a place where more electricity dwells than in his swamp habitat.

Thats in fact...a good idea. I could show that Tynamo I can deal with Eletric-types, or perhaps show him a offer to help him evolve to his final form or take him to any place with enough eletricity to help him evolve and to him become a strong and might Eelektross so that way he can become stronger. It couldnt hurt a try.

I don't think Shiva is already present when Ventus runs into Nathan back at the starting point, as she's been dealing and speaking and capturing Pokemon with Tandal, which takes a little more time than Training/rescuing an egg. She tends to take her time, doesn't she?
