"Hang in there, Plusle! Repeat, you two, show me a nuzzle and some cuteness! Type advantage is clearly on our side, so go for it!"

Cottonee, meanwhile, blew up a little breeze of Fairy Wind, just to see the Hoppip ride it.

Regular lemonade is so cheap you don't need to worry about it.

"Capital L" brand Lemonade is like a half price Super Potion that you can only buy once per day.

Capital L Snack Shack is made of driftwood, bound together by wire. There is plenty of seating at little driftwood tables, and all the servers are wearing sundresses (the girls) or bright purple suit jackets (the men).

Sochi is obviously hinting for you to buy her at least a lemonade, if not the famous Capital L brand.

For a profession, she is just a trainer, though she laments that no one around this route has much money.
Her favorite Pokemon is Staryu, which sadly doesn't' show up in this river. But Seaking is a close second.

The owner of Capital L is actually interested in the pearl business and will give a Lemonade for you, a Lemonade for the lady, and a Pokeball he found in his pocket to you for the pearl.

After discovering that his bank account was still somewhat anemic, Ventus went over to the owner and decided to haggle with him over the pearl he just found. With a little persuading on his part, he was able to secure two Lemonade for himself and his date, plus an bonus Pokeball. 'The deal is worth slightly less than its market value, but I'll gladly trade a pearl away to see that my date's desires is meet,' he though, handing the Lemonade over to Sochi while lightly sipping on his own. He wanted to save some for his Pokémon to enjoy later, so he was not going to guzzle it all down now.

Leading her over to a table by the water, he sat with her and simply enjoyed her company. He comment that one of his friends owns a Staryu, adding that he does not know whether or not he's willing to trade. 'I can't make any decision for or based on him, given the animosity he holds against me,' he though, before quickly clearing of the thought. He couldn't afford to be depressed in front of Sochi, not at all! While she was drinking her own lemonade, he filled her in on what his occupation is, and what his current research is focused on.

When asked what his favorite Pokémon was, he paused for a moment, looking thoughtful, before answering "Hmm...well I would say that all my Pokémon are my favorites. They are like family to me, and I can't afford to let them down! If I was forced to pick one, though, it would have to be Hyrdreigon."

"Wow, you just traded that pearl away!" Then something seems to occur to her. "Does that mean you have more?"

"I'm sorry to say that I don't, my dear Sochi. If I did, I would be more than happy to give it to you. As it stands, though, I currently have very little money left to spend, to be honest. Purchases for my journey through the region are hardly inexpensive," Ventus casually said, shrugging his shoulders slightly. While he looked carefree, he was carefully observing Sochi's reaction to his comment. He intentionally left out that he had some Stardust, as he didn't want to tip his hand to early.

'Depending on the response, I might just find myself suddenly need elsewhere. The needs of the many outwieght the few, after all,' he calmly thought, enjoying the sunny day and his time (however much there will be) with is smoldering date.

[Iron]

"Oh, don't worry! I'm enjoying myself. I don't want you to get the wrong idea! It's just that I love pearls. And fancy settings!" She nurses her Lemonade carefully, savoring every little sip. "Just the allure of the sea, you know! Shimmering Staryu and funny little Shellder and Clamperl! I think I'll keep heading east until I reach the Eastern Sea, and try to catch some really good sea Pokemon."

"If you wanted, we could meet up here again tomorrow, when we're allowed to buy more Lemonades."

"I must unfortunately decline your generous offer, my lady. As I said, I'm currently traveling with my group of friends at the moment, doing research on the local Pokémon in the region. While I would love the opportunity to get to learn more about a beautiful woman such as you, I can't make promises that I can't keep," Ventus said, looking rather downcast for speaking the truth. Thinking quickly though, he came up with a rather clever idea for this conundrum.

"While I can't accompany you tomarrow for more Lemonade, how about we spend some time hunting Pokémon together? I spotted an unusual Shelldar earlier before I had the great blessing of meeting you, so how about try and get that for your collection? We can also trade phone numbers, so that way we can keep in touch on our respective journies."

Once this is finished, it won't be just XP gained. It might also be a dislike for clamplike Pokemon.

Shiva waved to Plusle in a needless excessiv way from atop of the RV with a Miltank and a Cottonee aside, trying hard to get her Plusle's attention. Whoops, almost chased away the Hoppip by that. 

"This is where it's at! Liiiiiiisten to meeeeee!!! Use Swift on that dumb clamp! Pleeeeeeease!"

Minun stares over to her owner. .....? 

"Oh, Minun, you go for Quick Attack, please!"
