And you're always welcome to have in-character conversations in the game thread while you wait; just pretend they are happening just before the combat. Time is a bit flexible. But here I go, to the game thread, to roll the dice.

When you level up an attribute (or skill etc), make sure you spend XP equal to 10 times your current score. (or 8, or whatever it says there on your char sheet).

So if your Dex is 2, it would cost 20 character XP to have a Dex of 3.

This isn't aimed at anyone in particular, but I wanted to make sure that is clear since many of you have enough XP to be leveling things up that far.

Don't forget Confusion can confuse! It's in the name, yet I don't see the chance being accounted for in the weezing fight.

Good call, i'll edit that in. Weezing hasn't failed an attack yet, so it wouldn't have made a difference in this case. It'll be fun to see how many status conditions Weezing can collect.


EDIT: just realized Heal Bell would have healed Weezing too. Oh well, I'm sure he'd have been Nuzzled if that were the case.

What a battle!

If you had a Pokemon in the fight, you get 5 xp to divide between the two of them as you choose.

Each trainer gets 4xp for themselves - that's 2 for the battle and 2 for protecting the RV.

Oh crap, time for Ventus to spring into action! I have a question before I write my post, though: is it possible for my Ekans to learn Bite right after the battle? She has exactly 9 XP to learn it, and I have something in mind for her to test it on...
