Given how much luck we had in trying to get one, I say that the chances we are hitting the gym of the town is...poor. Unless we can find a place to buy them, that is!

Yeah it just can't be a game of chance (from a character's point of view, that is - all games are games of chance to the player who can see the dice.) So everything is fair game except Magikarp and Shellder - Shuckleball and the 4 attribute games all award CarnyCoins to the top scorers.

Might also add something like a Top Trainer battle in the end, just to give one more chance, but I was originally thinking it was for games games GAMES.

Larry, I updated your character sheet. Thanks for giving me access. I spent most of your Xp and money. You should be better at fighting now, and you have some supplies in case things go badly or you need to catch a Pokemon.

Next goal: update the game summary.

Eh, I want to do the rest of the games, but I wouldn't mind if you changed it the next day. After all, I can still do them then, and visit the fortune teller.

OMG, yeeeeessss!!! Seeing Ventus had failed to get a CarnyCoin with two successes with the jelly beans, I had a feeling that it took 3 or more successes with the free games! My average stats did not lend themselves well to maximum odds for getting one, but I got one anyways! WHOOOOO!!!

Ahem. Let me just take a moment to vent a little...

That talk with Ventus would have taken some time, I imagine. Next day should be fine, after Nathan gets in some training to try and prep for the gym leader and round out the day. That would mean we're on day 3 of 4 for the festival, right?

Also, lol at the Youngster Joey encounter. An excellent example of why Rattata and Raticate are so dang scary early on.

Ventus is not too happy about not getting a Carry Coin, since he wanted to battle the gym leader, but he's (mostly) a good sport. He'll cheer Nathan on regardless if he doesn't get a coin himself.
