Bloody hell, I hit the jackpot with this guy! How much XP would it take to change its ability, since the moves it has are more than sufficient for my tastes!

No, it's not KO'd, thus a -3 penalty instead of -5. Sorry for forgetting to cut the damage in half though.

I wonder how Shiva will react seeing Ventus cut up and bleeding like a side of beef, with Apsis carrying him like he's some overgrown kitten. That has to be a horrifically adorable sight, if I never knew one!

Ventus is quite adamant about not having people worry over him, as he much rather do it to them instead. That, and he hates being idle or inactive for long periods of time. If it wasn't for Kirlia and Apsis, he would have been up and about helping with the tent and treating his own wounds, pain be damned. Good thing that he has good friend (and Strong Pokémon) to keep him in line from time to time!
Oh, and @ Iron, you never gotten back to me about the cost to change abilities were! Also, I still want my Pokémon to train!
