If reception lady takes treatment, you don't have it for use/barter later down the line. Giving it up is right for chara interaction, but bad Player wise, since you are giving up something for little to know reward. The more you know~!

Yup. Nathan's rather paranoid about it. It's neither helped nor harmed him whenever he thinks it's shown up, and something bad or dangerous is usually going on when he thinks he's seen it, or an event of that description soon follows. He has no idea what it wants if it is indeed stalking him and Kirlia.

If it's indeed stalking, than it must wish to warn you from anything - Doubtful that it poses a direct threat or harm, even if it looks and feels like it does. But only time will tell in the end...
