Me too! I bet he'll get sanctioned by the 3rd or 4th gym, at minimum, if he's not extremely caution and/or goes rouge on someone important.

Shiva will do whatever she can to prevent that. May it be through soothing words to him, just staying by his side for comfort or sweeping the knife out of his hand.

That is, if she doesn't happen to be in 'vile witch mode' in that moment.

I wouldn't try to sweep the knife out myself, but you are welcome to try the other methods when he gets worked up! Given how much he values you right now, your words are far more likely to settle him down than just restraining him or taking his weapon away.

'Vile Witch Mode' sounds similar to 'Unfettered Ventus', a state where he more or less loses all restraint in his actions, and cares for only accomplishing his goals. Perhaps they ARE a match made in heaven....

I already told you that Shiva does in fact has some of knowledge in this. But she's more than open to learn more from the healer! Not hard to guess that I gladly go and search for a few herbs in the backyard of the shack to take with me on the journey as some sort of side-quest. What Stat did you rolled there?


@Lord Windos, similar, yes. But she has more control of this and you'd have to annoy/anger her a lot to turn vile and not just 'nasty' as seen when she felt cornered by Nathan about the black-spotted egg.

Looked like he rolled my Survival state to find herbs, my love, given the dice pool no. Me and Sage should have little trouble harvesting herbs, but you could have a hard time since you only have a 50% of finding any.
 
Ventus has no desire to see what would turn his sweet friend in a 'Vile Witch', so lets hope nothing provokes your chara too much! As for his unfettered nature...he's going to lose it once he's informed about Nathan's run in with Pincer's trainer. He'll make it a personal mission to hunt that person down, and do whatever it takes to curtail that threat. Most likely in a violent manner, if the opportunity presents itself.

Then I'd like to harvest herbs together, if possible. They might come in handy for the whole party.

He does teach you one: the Gildenleaf plant, which grows only in the Fireweed Forest. It helps to stabilize the wounds (especially poison) of a Pokemon immediately after it is registered to a Pokeball for the first time. In other words, it helps wild-caught Pokemon recover faster.

So, it basically can be used to make something similar to a Heal Ball.  Interesting...

Also, if you desire, you can send Ventus a voice message to his phone about the events. That way, he has time to react and process what has happened before he starts asking questions to Nathan. Time that might stop him from planning anything too...relentless.

Interesting, indeed. Shiva has a fondness+basic knowledge for herb lore and natural magic, so this is practically speaking her field. As seen her greeting of the healer and reaction in the parlor in Game Thread.

Hoping that Sage replies soon, because I'm curious to get to know him in-game~

Ventus doesn't have a real reason to hound after him, since the man has fully recovered, doesn't appear or feel that they want company, and he still have other things to worry about besides a person who clearly doesn't want to interact with him or your chara. He's concerned, of course, but that's not going to make him leave Shiva and Shelmet by themselves chasing after someone that clearly does not want to interact with them, besides the bare minimum pleasantries.
