Oh... While it came unexpected to hear such a think, it REALLY raised Shiva's spirit. From the ring of it, this was the soluteion. Carry around six regular companion-Pokemon, while hatching eggs that don't take a slot in the party, how splendid!~

"...An exam should be no big problem to me. Such a Permit... I never heard of it though in other regions. Something unique to Creshire? Also..." She hoped it was, but the hope was weak, "is it linked to any costs?"

A coy smile formed on her face. "Hehe... Yeah, the Daycare at Route 1, I know that one. However, I gladly pay it another visit once I earned enough to pay for the Permit. Thanks a lot for letting me know about it in the first place, I surely appreciate it! Also thanks for keeping the dorm for me. A said, I'll come back, it's just...unsure when exactly."

Ventus pursues the Stunky through a smelly haze. When he catches up again, coughing and retching at the stench, he notices this Stunky is a deep pink color! And wherever it steps, little sparkling scale powder trembles down to the ground.

A giant Rattata was lurking just outside of camp! It's big and beefy, and covered in scars. Its ears are torn, and one tooth was recently chipped. There are a few open sores on its hindquarters, and all its fur is matted or mangy. The thing twitches fitfully as it advances on Nathan.

Just then, Shiva comes running up behind Nathan, a hand on her Pokeball belt.

Ventus pursues the Stunky through a smelly haze. When he catches up again, coughing and retching at the stench, he notices this Stunky is a deep pink color! And wherever it steps, little sparkling scale powder trembles down to the ground.

Upon getting a closer look upon his quarry, his eyebrows shot up at the fact that it was a Shiny variant. Originally, he was going to just snap its neck after knocking it and feed them to Apsis, but given the rarity and value of off-color variants, he decided it would better serve him alive than dead at this point in time. 'Either way, this skunk will have to suffer the consequences of intruding upon our territory. Let's hope this battle ends quickly, before it start spewing Poison Gas at me,' Ventus though, flicking his wrist forwards, sending out Ariel's Pokeball hurtling to the forest floor!

In flash of light, the spunky Corsola appeared on the battle field, and took one good look at her opponent, before preparing for treacherous encounter. She knows a Poison type when she see one, so she better toughen up before it get their claws on her!

Order: Ariel is going to use Harden the first turn, then use Bubble on it in sequence. After that, she'll sticking to firing off one Bubble per round, and try to dodge any Poison types attack if she see them coming. Once its knocked out, Ventus will capture it, and transfer it to the PC. Poison is a nasty status, after all!

That Rattata was so much different from any Rattata Shiva has ever seen. And she saw many of these rats, including its rare Alola-form. However, seeing all the scars and the state of its fur made her feel somewhat sorry for this particular exemplar... Was it a herioc fighter? Most likely. After all, given it was an easy target for hungry bird Pokemon, it must know how to defend itself from them.

Seeing that while it did not attack - yet - it clearly came closer to Nathan... But before she called out any of her Pokemon to fight the rat away, she turned to Nathan directly. Unsure of what was the right decision, of he'd let her help him out at all and what his thoughts were, since he did not show any emotions towards her. "So... Relucant to tell you to please be careful of such a Rattata. What do you want to do? If you'd like ti battle it to drive it off, please, eh, no - would you allow me to join you?"

 After a long walk Valder reaches the center. After resting, Valder is just sitting outside on a bench with Pawniard at his side, looking at all the people rushing by.
 he decides to go back in and ask Joy if she knows where his human companions might be.
