But only if Aspis is removed from the battle first.  And the only safe place to move Kirlia to is a town because of his injuries.  It's a calculated risk.  Yes, there's a chance Aspis or Kirlia could be left in a critical condition as a result.  Aspis because of the law enforcement, Kirlia because he's already taken 3 Lethal Damage and could faint and take more due to Aspis KOing him before the law enforcement arrives.  Hopefully, nothing ill results from this.  Unfortunately, it might be difficult to get Aspis back later, but...if anyone gets a black mark for their actions, it'll probably be Nathan for the endangerment of the public through reckless action.

Dragonstrike...its all fine and good to RP your character, but there is a point where doing what they what do in a situation is not great Meta wise. Way back during the Flowers Incident, my original intent was to have Ven and Shiva splinter off from the main group and do their own thing, but I reigned in on that choice in order to keep the party together and cause the least amount of fuss. Its also why I had Ven compromised with Shiva and Nathan on numerous occasion: to create less friction or drama unless Bad Things happen to change that. Even when Ven was on his blood rage over the Pinsir, I planned for him to not hurt Pinsir or the trainer at all because it would cause more problems with the group down the line.

Point is, I try to make sure that even Ventus' most questionable actions don't royally screw with the group dynamic or the stablility of the campagien unless its absolutely unavoidable. You could have easily just had Grid just trap Apsis and have Kirlia pummel her while Nathan gave chase with Swiftfire and Skippy to prevent them from doing their grisly deed. Instead, you make a decision so bone head that I hardly believe it. Let me list out the ways this plan will horribly backfire:

-Obviously, Apsis will go absolutely snake shit on Kirlia, and potentially kill them or speed up the process, neting you a dead Pokémon in the process.

-MY Pokémon dies or is permenantly confiscated by the RU/local authorties, robbing Ventus of his most powerful fighter bar none.

-Like you said, you will potentially cause massive destruction in Corsage because of this action, and possibly get people hurt over this. This will very much land you chara in even hotter water than Ventus ever was in, and that's not even counting the other things that will tilt the scales against you!

-Technically speaking, by having Kirlia teleport Ven's Pokémon away against the trainer's will, you are committing Pokémon Theft, a severe crime in ANY region. Combined with property destruction and recklessly endangering not only your own Pokémon's life, but that of others as well, and Nathan not just getting black marks on his record. He stands more than a decent chance of losing his Trainer's Liscene and going to jail. All over a wild Pokémon that could have killed him and his Pokémon! Not looking to good here at this point, but it gets WORSE.

-Assuming that, best case scenario and Apsis does not get canned by the police, Ventus will have a huge axe to grind with Nathan at that point, for all of the above reasons and making of what he considers is HIS SISTER. Since he's so near to Corsage, he's going to use every resource he has to bring you to Court and ruin Nathan life both as a trainer and law abiding citizen. Given all the lawbreaking and generally terrible things that will happen, my chara. has a very strong case, and will eat you alive in court with Lawyer that will be dying to take a case this controversial! Yeah, that is not good for everyone.

-Finally, and perhaps more importantly, all this chaos and discord would only serve to benefit the Scimitar's and Almanac's activities, as they will gleefully take advantage of an horrible situation for their own profit, and magnify the problems to a greater degree than we can imagine!

SO, with all of the data I present to you now, will you please reconsider teleporting Apsis? I don't want Ventus to become enemies with Nathan, and I sure as hell don't want you charge with numerous crimes!

Ven will let the rat go, and none of this conflict will have never happen. One big retcon, basically. My intention was similar to your decision with Nathan: just follow through with the thought 'What would Ven do in X and X?' Let's just...sweep this all under the rug, and call it a day. No amount of bloodsport is worth it at this point....

That's probably the easiest thing to do, and the easiest way to do it would be for him to just stop and talk with Nathan about it instead of just running off.  I'd rather avoid this all together if at all possible.  And the relations between the group are frayed enough as it is...

Hopefully Ventus will get through to him on why killing the Rattatta is so important to him, but if not, he's dropping the issue like a red hot coal. He, Nathan, and Shiva will not get burnt up over this! I'll get started now with the retcon, k?

Well, after much deliberation, I have come up with this response for Ventus that more or less addresses the reason why he wants to kill the Rattatta dead. Whether or not that will get through Nathan, however...that is up to you. If he doesn't, Ven will drop the issue, but he's going to be upset over the consequence of such an action. Nowhere near as much if you teleported Apsis away, but he'll still be depressed by the outcome...

I say we wait, since they deserve a chance to react to all the DRAMA that came abrewing between the two of them. Besides, Ven not quite there yet on giving up the rat, but he's this close. Anyone arguing against taking the Rattatta's life at this point will dissuade him, really. However, if Nathan actually ends up entrusting Ven to do 'what is necessary', then whatever Shiva says doesn't matter. She fighting an uphill battle at that point, and that's not even counting Apsis into the mix, who is hovering protectively in the background, waiting to swoop in and rescue her master from harm.

Right now, though, I believe its best we just get some rest tonight, and think on this issue more tomorrow. How about it, mate?
