Well for starters I'd probably give her a disobedience check. And her first target would definitely be Kirlia, which gives the town a bit of time.
Teleporting a Pokemon somewhere against their will isn't illegal, but bringing a out of control Pokemon somewhere might be actionable. Teleporting Apsis to a Pokemon Center could go either way: Nurse Joy is definitely qualified to handle that situation, but there are also lots of fragile Pokemon there.

...Really? I mean, honestly, I'm curious of the logic behind this. Usually, when you take someone against there will to a place they don't necessarily want to be, its kidnapping. I mean sure, if its just a trainer ordering their Pokémon to take them to a location they don't want to go, I see no reason that might be illegal (Unless said location is the type that will get you in trouble for entering it), but a Trainering ordering them to teleport someone else Pokémon with ill/dubious intent? Ventus would have a conniption fit if they try state that Isn't illegal in anyway.

Pokemon is a dangerous world. They have a lot of tolerance for dangerous situations, and strongly consider intent.
Teleporting a Pokemon away as part of a battle would be perfectly fine. Teleporting them to frame them for evil, that would be prosecutable. Teleporting them into explicitly lethal damage is definitely illegal.
Nathan was planning to teleport Apsis away while Apsis was being used as a Big Stick to prevent Nathan from preventing Ventus from killing a Pokemon. He would easily sway the court of public opinion. His legal rights would be shakier and would depend highly on how a trial went, on whether he was trying to get Apsis killed or simply out of his way, etc.

As far as I am getting this then, in case I would have had Helios with me and that Zangoose would not agree on my request to restrain from dealing lethal damage, it'd be absolutely acceptable if I'd have Helios teleport that Zangoose to a different part of the forest so that I could continue restocking on fresh water instead of instant-fleeing? I'm just asking so that I know my options if a similar situation occurs.

You can do just about anything to wild Pokemon, including kill them (certain endangered rare species aside), without legal consequence. The public doesn't like such behavior, but it's not illegal.
No one would even question your moral right to do what you described though.
I did tell Dragonstrike that there was a -3 penalty on unwilled Teleporting, because that's not what the move is intended for. Should definitely be harder to teleport a struggling monster than a friend that's holding your hand and ready to teleport at your side.

His legal rights would be shakier and would depend highly on how a trial went, on whether he was trying to get Apsis killed or simply out of his way, etc. Ventus wouldn't argue that Nathan was trying to kill Apsis, but he would strongly argue that teleport a disobedient and dangerous species away from his master into a Populated area would be just plain wrong. He'd also point out that, his attempt to to kill the Rattatta was what triggered their response, he would point out that said rodent almost killed his Kirlia, and that he was well within in his rights and good sense to just destroy the thing, and prevent it from harming them or anyone else.
If Nathan won the trail, Ventus would probably permanently leave the kid out to dry and just abandon the party, feeling VERY bitter at both him and just how warped Cheshire's sensibilities are in this matter. Or just pretend that it didn't matter in the end and, when the boy absolutely needed his help...well, he'd turn a blind eye to that plea. Ventus is a vengeful man when it comes to his sensibilities and buttons being pushed, so yeah...
On a much happier and less dour note, now that almost everyone has done their second encounter slot (or Third in my case, Since healing Shroomish is very delicate business), would it be time to write up a third one, or just turn in for the day and see what comes with the dawning light?

That brings back memories of him abandoning us over Deyo flowers. Aww.

Any trainer would do the same. Creshire has a certain amount of sympathy for trainers who stand by their Pokemon even after that Pokemon proves to be too dangerous, or has its rights somehow curtailed by the League. Even if they agree with the sentence!

How many days do you all wish to camp? I could just assign an XP total and you could divide it among your Pokemon as you see fit. No need to RP every training session unless you have a fitting idea you are proud of.
I will also point out that there are diminishing returns on training sessions - eventually, around the 1 week mark, a Pokemon simply can't gain 1XP from every single training session unless he/she gets some real world experience to back it up. Training rolls will come rarer too.
But this is still a good amount of XP for a week devoted 100% to training, if that's what you're all into!

Sympathy for the devil doesn't help much if they are still trapped in hell at the end of the day. Still, I appreciate the fact that at least Cheshire would be somewhat understanding of his plight.
