It would be a lot like using a move on the trainer himself, so no, not legal.

Maybe a custom Hold Back option that simply debuffs all their Pokemon? Still probably wouldn't be allowed in League-standard matches, but wouldn't be a crime.

Like a team wide Menmto? I say that would be cool, if it's allowed in League matches/frantic situations. You are shaking a mon in exchange to massively hinder the opponent, and it's not garentee to set their will to zero/totally nerf them into the ground.

In that case, I'll head to bed I believe... My character is knocked out anyway, so there's actually nothing I can do. ^^; I'd be down for the next in-game Day. Might chip in in an hour or two, just out of curiosity how Nathan reacts. (And Ventus, as soon/if he ever hears about it!)

@Iron, what about all my and Nathan's Pokemon at 1HP? Will they be autohealed by Nurse Joy who attended out battle or do they need to rest in the Center for the night?

Yeah, Memento is a good benchmark. To make up for how good it is compared to Memento, it will have decreased accuracy. And of course it's only available on a few mons like Shedinja.

Nurse Joy can run them through the machine, and let them rest for an hour. Helios waits until the others have been healed before going in, but he'll begin recovering through his napping.

Hoppip leans Memento for 46XP like nothing... This is weird. Whimsicott also can be tutored in it! My loyal fluffball laying curses onto the foe, anyone?

Ventus shot awake at the sound of at sound of that distinctive howl echoing, looking hectically around the sandy clearing he was in, only to find that the night was too Kuyrem damn black for him to see anything. He also noticed that Apsis, who had been faithfully guarding his rest, was no where to be found, but he could detect that she was returned to her ball (Empathy is strong enough to feel her even through the Pokeball, because that's the only way I can thick Ven would know she was recalled instead of Kidnapped!).

I've always been partial to this explanation.
