Sorry for the delay. Just found out my mom's cat died at age 16. My childhood kitty : (

She went without any pain. Some cats get to choose their time, and Magic Kitty was one such cat. : )

On the note of charge moves, I think it makes sense to not roll for the charge, seeing as the charge portion of them is always successful in the games. It's only the actual attack that can miss/fail.

The rules are relatively clear on that point as well. It only costs an action to charge, it seems. So the cost of using it is simply that your other moves will be less accurate due to the multi action penalty.
