If I knew your character would almost become suicidaly depressed by Ven's cold departure, then I would rather not have some that. I knew Shiva was prone too fits of emotion, but yikes.

@Dragonstrike Nice call on avoiding Ven! He would Chase after you to give you the tent, at the very least! He's fine with them putting distance between them, but not to such extremes! That, and he REALLY doesnt want anyone else to get harmed so soon after the nightmare battle...

Actually, not just 'almost', sadly... Ven got her at a very sensitive spot: The desire for a strong shoulder when she needed it the most. She was preharmed by all that hassle in creepy dreamland already - remembering the fear, nausea and pure hate there according to what Iron said - as well she was just about to recover and feel way better. Add that to the fact that she is not very self-confident, unlike Nathan; as well as a fear that she broke bridges to Ven. When she began to feel like her old shelf again, Ventus decided to abandon her when she was honestly delighted to see someone caring that dear for her, before that got broken to a thousand tiny pieces by words that weren't even meant to Nathan directly.

Positive side effect: No possible spats because Shiva owns and greatly enjoys that Espurr.
Negative side effect: I was looking forward to him becoming overprotective, I really was, but I spectacularly buried that by my own actions.

Nathan will be wiiling to listen if Shiva neds it. He's all too familiar with that feeling of abandonment, after all...

He still intends to ask if she's feeling okay when they meet, by the way. So that could lead into that potentially.

Ventus may be insightful, but I'm not, sadly. If I knew you were trying to have Shiva point out that she's strong as Nathan, then Ventus would have react VERY differently to her speech. As it stands, we thought it was an attack on Nathan, and reacted accordingly. *Sign* Shit...

It wasn't mean to Nathan directly, really not... I'm sorry for this. Looks like that thing between her and Ven is not that much more than a horrible misunderstanding... As soon as she cleared issues with Nathan, she'll go to look out for Ven. She has his phone number to set up a emergency meeting, and there is no way she wouldn't try to fix bridges with that person who formerly called her 'his best friend' and 'adorably beautiful'. Even if she goes down and gets rejected, at least she tried.

How would he react then/what does 'VERY' different mean?

Huh, can anyone of us use a King's Rock for evolving a Pokemon? As far as I know, not really...

That's s just my and Shiva's opinion, you don't have to agree with that. Pokemon shall not be put into danger by battling just because their owners are having a fight! :C

There's also its effect to consider, though: the small flinch chance it adds to every attack the holder uses.
