[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins

Well, might as well post this now before I forget: I'm going to be busy for most of the morning and evening tomorrow, so I may not be able to post much or any at all. I'll also be resigned to using a phone for typing my stuff until around the 21st or 22nd, as that is when my new computer comes in, so post will be slow and choppy looking. Just a heads up for everyone!

He would still want an apology to both Nathan and him for saying those hurtful things. After that is dealt with, though, he would be willing to listen to her about the whole issue, and apologize himself for being so harsh, leaving her when she needed him most, and for causing her to become clinically depressed. He's going feel like shit when it dawns on him that he snub Shiva for no real good reason...

Both will get their honest apologies, rest assured concerning this. I just...hope they'll accept as well.

As for Ven' feelings of guilt, it's actually not that hard if he wishes to feel a little better and attempt to make up for that: Just stay by her side, damn it. Serve as the strong shoulder she needs now more than before, and subliminally make sure that she survives the night none of these horrible thoughts grow stronger. When both of them meet up after she has cleared matters with Nathan, she'll explain that she did NOT meant to directly badmouth Nathan but it was rather a general statement, how she can't handle abandonment and shattered bridges from both of you, and how much she actually cares for both, so you can prepare for this. It'll be messy and somewhat dramatic, but honest. Maybe it will cause Ventus to still become overprotective over her after seeing what pain he inflicted on her and what desperate efforts she took to clear matters with both again? She'd surely appreciate it. :/

This all pains me out-of-character, and I'm sorry for all that hassle... I hope we leave Corsage quickly and return to be fine with one another again. Likely not at once, that'd be somewhat unrealistic, but soon enough.


As for Sage, well, at least there won't be issues over that Pinsirnite now...

Besides, @Dragonstrike, what are your plans after you introduced yourself to Houndour? (such a cool nickname!) I assume it's afternoon in-game meanwhile, Windos is engaging in a second Trainer Battle and I am busy with hunting Rattata to gather money/Items/XP, and Nylon is...somewhere, but since I wish to resolve the issues between characters rather soon, I'd be down to initiate that while I am still busy with my miniquest = do both similtaneously. Both things are equal important to me, but I wouldn't want to stall the game unnecessarly since after talk with Nathan, talk with Ventus will be on the table.

Nathan's likely to recall Houndour for the time being once all the introductions and such are done, since Shiva could arrive at any time after that point, and he's still not completely comfortable with Houndour being around Ventus and Shiva yet. To kill time while he waits, he'll probably have the combee gather some honey and meditate with Kirlia in the meantime. Probably also have Grid and Starmie get some practice in as well while they're waiting (Starmie can still learn one more move with exp, after all: Confuse Ray).

Shiva is pretty likely to arrive at the tail end of that training session and honey gathering, I think.

Of course, Iron also said he has plans for this involving Absol to a degree, so a good chunk of that could be altered drastically if the disaster pokemon shows up.

That means I'll likely initiate conversation if Absol hopefully does not decide to show up now, but if it does, let me know in-game and I'll have Shiva clear things with Ven at first. Hopefully that works even if Windos' stuck to using phone for replies.

Yeah, I put it like that for that specific reason. If Nathan feels there's ANY danger out there before he's ready to return, he's not going to want Shiva to be in the middle of it if he can help it.

However, there's also a second possible outcome: the potential danger could occur just before Shiva arrives, and Nathan doesn't have time to send a message to her, so she ends up teleporting into a rather messy situation.

Depending on what happens after Houndour and during the attempt at training and meditation, that'll affect how things go in that evening encounter slot, so we can't really flash forward to it unless Iron gives us the go ahead, unfortunately :/

@Iron Since I will have no easy way to access my character sheet for the better part of a week, can you take care of the quickpage for me? Don't like making you do this, but since I'm stuck with just a phone to post with right now...
